I'll get straight to the point; There is a significant level of hostility between your Rogues and our Brigadiers. I understand this was caused by disrespect shown by both the Liberty Rogues and the Shadow Outcast Brigade towards the other and this has resulted in the Brigade no longer being able to operate on Rogue bases, and the Rogues being cut out of our portion of the Cardamine trade.
This separation helps neither of us. We're out resupply and drop off points, you're out of profits made from our use of your stations. So why are we still fighting? Because we're too proud to admit wrong doing, even though both sides have blame. Well the Brigade is, for now, under new leadership. One of our old pilots, a former member of our high command, Marisela Montagnia has returned and replaced Don Diablo. We're currently restructuring the organization, and along with that comes a look at our current relations. Neither Montagnia nor myself care what happened between the Brigade and Rogues in the past, we care what is best for us right now.
If my information is correct, the Rogues wished the Brigade to pay for the services of the Rogues as escorts. We would be happy to do that.. However, how much escort we're given is directly related to this. I think it proper to have Rogues paid for each escort duty they perform, rather than a monthly fee for services that may not even be rendered. The fee paid for this would be decided by the Rogue and transport involved.
I also understand that the Rogues hold docking rights on their stations as a 'service.' While I would normally agree with you, most of our goods brought to Liberty is taken to Rogue stations, where you pass it along the chain, thereby profiting from it directly. However, for their use as resupply points for combat and escort craft, we would be willing to pay fifteen million credits monthly, excepting those in Cassini, which we will not enter. To reiterate; This means all Rogue bases except those in Cassini. The Rogues already profit by the goods we bring to your stations, as well as the equipment and ammunition we purchase while on them. This fifteen million is an extra bonus to the income you already receive from our presence there. I do not think it unfair to ask for the rights to dock on all of your stations, and not just Montezuma, if you also expect us to pay you for their use while still charging for equipment and munitions.
Please get back to me at your earliest opportunity.

At last,
Someone with a shred of intelligence steps up to the plate. I'll cut to a point. I don't hold what the former Don did against the current leadership. he didn't seem to understand that negotiations means actually coming up with a counter offer, rather than just slamming the door. The counter offer to the straight 25 million is accepted. All bases will be open to the SOB for escort craft, docking rights for Cardamine shipments are not to be tariffed.
<div align="right]Combat craft in Liberty should ideally be kept to a minimum, running distraction operations against the Liberty law is something we specialise in, having the SOB doing that simply gets many of us pissed off for taking your heat in the days after. We break it we pay for it, you break and we still pay for it, see how that works? The boys and girls don't like it, frankly, neither do I. So keep the combat craft to a minimum and we'll have no issues there.
You're right, by cutting out the SOB we cut out a portion of our profits, but the old Don was too arrogant to see that cardamine is not our only source, nor even our biggest source, of income.
<div align="right]The Outcasts are useful to us for now, in turn we are useful to you, all i ask is that an appropriate level of respect, such as the one shown here, is maintained in future dealings. We are not Outcast puppets to be treated with disdain. Doing so will net you the same response as Don Diablo got.
That aside, I look forward to dealing with the SOB on friendlier terms. Our relationship should be one of allies, not enemies. Gunfire is not an acceptable substitute for cash, it must be said.
Sylpheed Out.
