I think it's interesting, but a little bit off for our communty.
It's not just that we get rid off a certain type of sanction report. It causes two bad things to happen, as well:
1) The RP factor that comes with guns is irrelevant. Everyone just uses the same "generic" guns, with mortal enemies sharing the same weapons. Does that make sense at all?
2) As mentioned before, people will eventually find the "best" guns and use them almost exclusively. This could promote PvP on a scale that would retire RP to a secondary role instead of a primary one.
