The good CEO has understated the role his own escort pilots have paid in this jaunt, but the Prinz has indeed had the pleasure of destroying several Helghast ships, as well as another non-affiliated pirate, in Omega 5 and Cambridge. Repairs from our clash with Battleship Prox are most satisfactory, and the new crewmen are shaking in nicely.

One of our Train pilots witnessed the destruction of one of our large transports at the Tau-31 to Leeds jump gate by the hands of the KNF. Upon entering Tau-31 our man saw the transport taking fire and upon confirmation it was one of ours it exploded with all hands & cargo destroyed. The Kasari force consisting of two gunboats & one cruiser then turned their attention to our storage depots (see Pic). There was of course a small detachment of BAF fighters there for our protection but they were unable to do the job. Please assure us that this problem will be taken care of with the utmost importance.

Well, back in drydock again, seems the Helghast have been busy refitting their bombers. I think we should start refitting the ships with anti-nova shielding or something... They met us in Cambridge, and despite the efforts of an IND escort fighter, we were overcome, and barely escaped with our lives. Our cargo bay was breached, and the Sirius Federation Personell Listing was lost to space. We were unable to stop our flight and retrieve it.
However, the List was later recovered by the same IND fighter, with the help of two members of 'Mongoose' Squadron, and someone named pipsqueak. It has been forwarded to Captain Koolmo, and hsould no longer be an issue.
I estimate a week until repairs are complete. Kapitan von Moltke out.

OOC: Super, stop being a pissant. SF Cruisers are hardly likely to run about with 'secret battle plans', we don't need em.

Announcing the enrollment of another new recruit into the SF. Pope has requested to join our ranks and will be assisting Stormpike in protecting Bretonia from the Kusari advance. If you see Pope's char in game give him a shout and if someone could also assist him in getting his fighter character set-up with tags and ID that would be ideal, I'll then repay said member for the expenses.
Last thing, as customary feel free to head on up to the bar on Cambridge Research station because the next round is on the admiralty.

A surprising number of events turned out today. While on regular patrols, Battleship Sierra noticed an SCRA vessel in Cambridge. Upon asking them of their business, they responded that they were passing through. The Pope, Sierra, and Ghidora assisted in escorting them out. However, upon exit to Bretonia, intelligence and long range scanners picked up several more SCRA and Helghast moving towards Cambridge. In the midst of this, the SFF-Ghidora was attacked by a SCRA fighter, but was promptly destroyed in Leeds. Following this, the Pope began to obtain a more advanced fighter, and attempt for better equipment.
When the SF group got to Cambridge, it found - through the help of Sin|Tech - that SCRA vessels were engaging Helghast bomber and another bomber by the name of The Thunderbolt. Before my communications officer was able to open up comm channels to SCRA and the Junkers, the Sierra was attacked by both of them. The SCRA was also involved, but was solely engaging the Junkers, and had previously refused requests to leave the space and let SF deal with the problem.
The battleship Sierra was severely crippled (once again BMM engineers at Southampton are angry), and was not able to destroy the two bombers, although did inflict damage upon them. Sin|Tech was involved in the fight, and was later joined by an IND pilot which attempted to fend them off as a Bretonian gunboat and battleship had been destroyed. Shortly after, the Pope engaged with them. In the end, our excellent allies and fighter pilots forced the retreat of the enemies. However, two capital ships were severely crippled, and these Junker pilots, while damaged, didn't receive the damages that SF took.
(OOC:Excellent fight; I had a great time. I've decided that I feel like Snoopy in the comic strip Peanuts; the WWI flying ace that is always being shot down by the Red Baron.)

Retired A very big thanks to Dark Oddity who put my signature pic together

OOC: If this was the fight in Delta, ya it was. If this was the recent battle, thx but I wasn't there, lol. In any case, looks like good show on all sides.

The SFCR-Normandy & SFF-Pope were meeting at Planet New London when four KNF ships were detected in Edinburgh. By the time we reached Leeds they had retreated to Tau-31. We proceeded to the Tau-31 jump gate to give them a proper greeting in case they wanted to visit again. The KNF ships continued their retreat into Tau-29. (I have the ship names if youre interested) With the threat gone we proceeded to Battleship Suffolk to obtain a BAF ID for SFF-Pope. After a couple of housecleaning missions against the Mollys he was welcomed into the BAF with open arms.
No further hostile threats were detected.
(OOC: The Pope (Another fine addition to the SF Fleet) looks ready for action: ship, weapons & ID. I didnt think to check if he had obtained any armor upgrades, upgraded sensors or thruster.)
There's been a recent rise in pirate and terrorist activity in Cambridge. Most notably, Helghast has been spotted and engaged multiple times. IND Jay.Simon first spotted Helghast in Cambridge. I was unfortunantly not in the area. Later, I answered a help request from [SA]-LEF-Independance, and [SA]-LNS-Osorojo around Omega 5. The Helghast pilot was the same pilot engaged in Cambridge, and I offered support to the SA personnel. The Helghast pilot was taken care of easily.
Also, I have succesfully completed all preparations towards gaining a decent ship, weapons, and BAF Status.
