My name is August Redburn. I work for myself, making deliveries into the border and edge worlds with my Firefly-class transport. It has come to my attention that the Bretonia blockade has put a strain on your Deuterium supplies and HFuel exports to Bretonia bases. I understand that you'd probably rather make this agreement with a corporation, but I believe my proposition could benefit the both of us.
Please review the terms of this agreement, and submit any proposed changes on this comm channel.

Im going to cut it short, gaijin. Seeing as this is a private channel I see no need for nicities and you will receive little from me. I am willing to try and be convinced by your offer. A ship that can overrun the blockade can be useful to me, but don't let that give you a false impression that your services or vessel matter.
Here is how it will be.
Carrying production of Gas Miners Guild will profit Gas Miners Guild first and foremost. You will pay 60 percent of your Net Income on exports with additional 20 percent profit custom tax on imports. Of course, your loyalty will be rewarded with 50 percent export tax and 20 percent import custom tax after entering Phase Two.
After we're done with the beauraucratic nonsense you will be able to trade freely after purchase of monthly license costing 10 million credits with reneweable fee of 8 million credits respectively.
Really then, regarding your somewhat accurate expenses... You will not increase untaxed credits so easily. For radiation to be that high one should cross leaking core of a destroyed Rheinland Battleship within the size of a sun. GMG ships have protective shields with radiation maintenance costing 15,000 credits each stop at the drydock. I will not levy this stat higher, just because your gaijin ship can pull off that much.
And dont you think you can take Plutonium out that easily, I will not see you cancel the contract unless first two phases are fullfilled. We had smart guys trying to pull that off before and get away with the cargo without paying fees to the Guild.
Now I cannot really access your vessels log so easily, hence it will remain private as you say. The Vanity's captain is, however, required to fill me in about the progress of phases of the contract. GMG attorneys will also check if the cargo reaches it's destination. Dragons help if you do not meet this criteria.
This is your final take. Go for it or leave it. If you do not agree with the terms we will make sure you and non of our adversaries will sell the goods. Monopoly is a good thing.
Additional information is provided in the attachment. Domo arigato for having business with the Guild.

Normally I would turn such an offer down. However, due to recent events, we haven't got a fallback option at the moment.
Thus, I accept the terms of this agreement. Progress will be reported with each leg of the trip. This agreement will remain confidential, except to the Zoners. I am heading to Gas Miner Ogashawa in Sigma-19 now with a shipment of Deuterium, so I will fill out the paperwork when I arrive.

I carried 3400 SCU of HFuel from Gas Miner Ogashawa to Gran Canaria via the Omegas, making one pit-stop for supplies at Corufu. I prefer to stay out of the house systems, if you haven't noticed.
60% of the Net Income, or 1,660,860 credits, was paid to GMG|Armoury

I have sent in a request to the Zoner Council for docking privileges on Lanzarote base, but apparently they are not in session. Would it be appropriate for you to transmit the codes to me?

The Zoners have granted me docking rights on Lanzarote.
I have completed the third shipment of deuterium from Gran Canaria to Gas Miner Ogashawa. There were no repair costs this time, but I took a longer route.
