Senors,
Intelligence has come to light suggesting that some ships belonging to the Order are playing host to diplomats from less than savoury organisations. Whilst we continue to trust operatives of the Order, no guarantee can be offered that guests upon your ships are trustworthy, or share our interests.
For this reason, as an extension of the reasonable restriction of deployment of Order ships in Omicron Gamma, decreed by the Council of Elders, the Benitez have decided that the security of our operations in Omicron-94 would be best served by denying all Order vessels access to the system for the time being. This is to ensure that sensitive intel on our territory or operations does not fall into the hands of those who wish to circumvent the freedom, prosperity and liberty of our nation.

Order residents of facilities in the region have been issued with sufficient notice to collect their belongings and vacate the system, and we will provide a series of transports to return these people to Toledo. The Corsair Council has committed to provide the resources to ensure that this policy is upheld. Order, or associated vessels which find their way into Omicron-94 will be directed to turn around, and if they fail to do so, regrettably, deadly force may be utilised.

I am sure the Order can appreciate that the security of territory and operations in regions such as Omicron-94 is a serious matter, and that, in the current climate, the actions we have taken are more than necessary.

Unfortunately it seems it has become necessary for us to remind you that all Order activities in Omicron-94 remain strictly prohibited, and that any Order vessel found to have entered the system will be shot.
I am speaking particularly in relation to the Order Science Division (OSD) who have recently attempted to enter our space for the purposes of "science".
Rest assured that any Order vessel found entering the system will be eliminated, and that any efforts made by Order personnel to enter the system will be interpreted by the Council of Elders as an act of war against the entire Corsair Empire.
