Advertising in space

-Well when do you see normal people from planets in space?
Why advertise in space while no one would see it where it needs to be.
And did anyone ever see a trading company make a advertisement here on uh Earth. And advertising in space would cost insane amounts of credits for the one who wants to advertise.

People travel from planet to planet, from system to system. Of course they can see those banner ships on their travel.

The more this is getting discussed, the less appealing it's getting to me. Yeah, billboards might be a cool idea. But after a while I think they'd lose their novelty and just become an eyesore.

And renting out server messages? No way. I don't want one of those popping up every five minutes, interrupting my dialogue with a trader or something.

It's fake advertising that's done just for fun, but it's still "advertising". And I find that annoying.

There could be 2 ways of advertising:

Moving NPC ships with side panels
Steady panels just like 'space border indicators'

Create a FL Radio, a radio that can be turned on and off on all ships that have it installed....

(buy it when you pimp)

Mabie containing 3-4 music tracks or more that people can switch between while they are on long trade runs or other far travels...

It can get pretty lonely on some long space flights and having the option to pimp your ship for an on board radio station would be cool : P

Mabie it could be used for other things in the future as well as news messages or other information that can be added to this ship radio etc.
