What ships can i use for pirating with freelancer IFF and pirate ID?

I have to agree in every way.

You could also get the Waran.. or any other civilian vessel for that matter. Or you could get pirate faction ships, but you'll have to ask them first for those.

Generally, you can only use Civilian Ships for Pirate ID, unless you have permission from any of Pirate Factions to use their ships/equipment.

Although last 2 ships (Stinger and Virage) are more of a Merc/Freelancer ship, haven't seen any Pirates use them, but still, according to tech Chart, there wont be any problem if you use them. - Correct me if I'm wrong

Also couple of freighters and such...mostly look they are civilian or unaffiliated

Falcata is Border Worlds Bomber, not an Outcast one (Although it's an Outcasts Design) so it goes under "Border Worlds Vessels" column in Tech Chart, which means, Pirates can freely use it. (Same goes for Sabre)

I remember when Sairs could use Sabres and Falcatas legally.

Not really in RP, but within the chart.
