Ok...I propose the following changes across the board for all ships cruiser and up......
25% reduction in shield
25% reduction in shield recharge ability
15% reduction in hull
20% reduction in all weapon damage
30% penalty in all missile turret refire rates
20% less thruster burn capacity
I also propose these economic changes:
10% increase to cost of the ships
5% increase in weapon cost
45% increase in battleship license cost.
Finally, I propose they can ONLY be flown by player factions.

Ever faced a lolcast Ranseur Cap VIII (Full Solaris -_-) and you only had two Pythos?
Believe me. It's fun. Oh fun.
And he won't quit at his destruction , he comes for more until he kill us all.
Of course reports follow up suit. But, still, every two, three days it happens.
And yeah. If RP wise a Battleship takes what 500 people to fly, the whole logistics behind it, why should a unnoficial player have access to it without SRP? It's not logical.

Because in-RP, there are no 'unofficial Outcasts' (THAT is not logical.) - some are 101st, SOB, and I think they call the indies the Maltese Navy - all of which should allow Battleships.
Good to see another idea so bad it had to come from the darkest pits of Hades.
masternerdguy, what you fail to grasp, is that caps SUCK . If they became official faction or SRP only, they would REALLY need a buff. as they are now, they are balanced in respect to their avaliblity.
