Greetings Zoner Alliance, my name is Captain Ryan Wells and I'm a Mercenary (Freelancer IFF & Merc ID) looking to expand my ship fleet in order to help fulfill my various contracts. The purchase of a Conference Gunboat is primarily to escort in the Border, Independent, and Edge Worlds. You have what I need to get my job done safely and efficiently and I'm asking permission from Zoner Command to purchase this ship. I'm willing to pay an additional 15 million credits on top of the cost of the ship (and Zoner Gunboat Turrets if agreed upon) to the Zoner clans (accounts provided). I can and will assure you no aggression or contracts will be taken where hostile actions will come to Zoners or Zoner allies with this vessel unless in self defense.
