Although i'm no position of power i am forced to throw 'both' my personal feelings, OORP and inRP, due to reading the evlution of this argument.
InRP wise.. I do feel that the way the Kusari Emperor acted was, to say the least, bordering on the injustice. We (were/are) allies and for that matter a civil, no fingers pointing, discussion to reach the true circumstances involving this whole 'Ame-chan cabbage throwing' incident should have been done by both parties. The destroyer started to throw battle razors at us, completely unprovoked and after the second round of shots, all hell broke loose.
OoRp.. The reasons the why i was at Kusari and called for backup when i was at Kyushu was the ones in my post. Almost 50% of our ore convoys encounter pirates on their voyages. We just simply go ahead, tell the convoys to hold and engage and destroy said pirates. After seeing the firepower that went to Kyushu and then to New Tokyo, i thought that they were just another pirating group and called for the backup.
Now.. this whole mess, because it is a mess, was created by several. I don't know the oorp dealings or even the inrp sometimes. I'll stick to what Panzer decide because.. It is my job and duty. InRP and oorp. To follow the leader, no matter what it brings. Because if you go against your leader, inrp and oorp, well, that's asking for creating reasonable doubt about you and i don't want that in my rl life or ingame.
And i concede to the valid point that both faction leaders should have discussed the whole incident.
Yeah, i got more, but now, it's not my place to talk or decide.
I leave that for the big ones.
I give you guys a lot of crap in and out of game but Kudos to all of you that were involved in the whole incident yesterday especially Kaze, Dutch, Pink, Wolf, & Blue-4. I really was expecting all on the Outcast but you surprised me and the RP was the funniest I've had... pretty much ever... Pedo Bear approves by the way :P

Edit: As an Outcast I say woot to Kursari & CR tension. As someone reading these forums I say wouldn't this be more fun if you all handled it in RP? A criticism on everyone involved in the debate/whining/griping... etc.

Zelot, i explained inRP the reasons why we did it. If people chose to ignore it or didn't read it.. Well. It's their mistakes. From both sides. You didn't need my public affirmation to get to that.

I spent many hours travelling Kusari back and forth as escort to IMG and CR convoys. And yet no warning or problem occurred when i exploded the casual pirate inside Kusari. I rp'ed with her/he or whatever.

This is where the problem starts, not with Ame. It's the same recurring problem that has been happening with the CR.
Well.. True.. oorp. But inRP we are in space. How many times 6 CR were on Honshu or New Tokyo blowing up 3 or 4 tridentes ready to pirate our convoys and yet.. Yup. No problems there.
I'm not saying the people that plays in KNF aren't doing their jobs or something.
But, as many cross over Bretonia to trade, Liberty, Rheinland and what not, a lot cross Kusari too.
So our motive, as it is the moot point for us to be at New Tokyo when the whole mess started, was the same as your trader/s with escorts cross another 'sovereign space'.
So.. No, the whole mess began with Ame. Because if the problem is sovereignty, then i do hope you have a lot of KNF people to patrol and control all incoming trade and escort vessels in Kusari. And i don't mean the allied ones. Just the regular ones. Imagine if you had the allied convoys too.:D

There were no CR transports in Kusari, and the Outcast dessie in question cant pirate your transports anyway. This was simply a matter of the CR looking for a fight.

And if and i mean a biiiig if in these days, CR is looking for a fight we go to T-37 and wait 10 minutes.
