ZZmey has been sanctioned for to breaking the following rule:
5.2 Wrote:All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Over the past 2 days, there were 3 PVP ship my Single_Mamont in Tau-31, I was attacked with my faction Outcast together with some sort of hostile ship (I destroyed). In Leeds attacked 2 ships with inscriptions Freelancer, but with ID Pirate (my ship ZZmey (Mercenary), ships destroyed), yesterday received a faction Bretonia Army, I was attacked by 4 ships Molly in Edinburg (I destroyed). I'm not sure who I attacked not true?
There are two reasons for the sanction. The first is that you attacked a ship without any role play. You've got to say something before attacking a ship.
Saying 'engaging' or a variation of this is not good enough either. Talk to them before attacking.
The second reason is that you're not allowed to attack ships who have already killed you (for at least 4-hours). You weren't sanctioned for this because there wasn't enough evidence but from your description this is exactly what you did.

Well, thank you very much. The fact that you can not appear in the system after the death in PvP, I know, but when attacked by a ship Freelancer (ID PIRATE) on the vehicle and prevents it from escaping, and finally himself, after a long battle with him running away, I think I have the right to appear in this system, on any of your ship that once when it was PVP with the same ship, and his assistant, But did not deny that I did not say what began PVP.
