I'm conducting general cleanup of the mesh/textures and error checking, then its pretty much ready for submission.
I also have a first draft of the infocard written in xml, but I am not happy with it at the moment and want to give it another go and see if I can make it better, but It's awesome, great job Gurji and Mouthshot, this is an excellent ship, cant wait to fly it.
Edit: Obviously this was not posted from the proper account.... blame Zelot for the mistake.
To be honest, I love the model, but the texture of it is just ... simple .. I mean it's suppose to be a "luxury" ship, but the colors don't really match it in my eyes ... No offense, I really think you did a great job, but for some reason, it just don't look right to me... but again it's just me .
Edit: You'll laugh, I asked my girlfriend, and even though she doesn't play FL, she has an eye for designs, so she said that brown cound be changed to rather red (like in the Bret. Royal Liner) or blue (like in the old Arwing 's wing ... that would look a lot more luxury like...
the reason i used the kusari brown and the white textures is because the kusari textures fulfil the "renzu" aspect of the model, and the civilian textures (the white bits) fulfil the "liner/civilian/utility ship" role, plus the IND seem to be happy with it.

That might be true, but to be raw, it looks like and overbuffed junker ship ... at least from according to the color ...
Ohh I see , so if the IND likes it, who cares about suggestions? Nice ...
It may help to look at the size comparison, my feeling is that this ship gets it's grandeur from it's size and scope. I think that bright textures would cause it to loose the Kusari aspect of the ship. remember it's a Kusari ship above everything else, and I think the texture job complements it's size and scope while giving it a solid grounding in the design traditions of Kusari.

The IND is the one who is paying lots of money to have the work on this ship done, as the IND owns Renzu in rp. This has been something the IND has been working on, myself specifically for quite a while. That is why it matters what the IND thinks of the ship, we are the ones who commissioned the work.

I didn't say that it doesn't matter what the IND say, I was just trying to give a suggestion.
But I think I was dum to confront the allmighty IND ... sorry about that.
At the moment, I feel to jump up and have a solo party - but I am going to save my energy when I have it in-game:D
Thanks goes to:
Gurjiv - texturing the model
Zelot - Helping getting it in-game (hopefully with no doubts)
My self - Making a model for the Renzu.
Community Itself (And admins) - For the great responces/post you made on the model:)
