So now we have to wait Dennis Jameson to come around? And what if he's on hollydays or something? You've read it, The Joker gotten the approval... back then. Would you stop using ship(s) on his place knowing that you was actually approved in not that distant past? You should have PMed his lawyers first. The Joker'd stop using Tridente(s) until things gets cleared. That is what I call YOUR wrong move, Mr. Athenian.
No matter if Dennis forgot to put the Joker on the list or he doesn't want to - the Joker doesn't deserve to be jailed.
One last question... How come others get warnings and Mr. J never got any, not a single one? Please answer me this as well.
J J the Clown is proud to admit when he is/was wrong but I don't think that you ever will in this case. And the simple fact is that all of this is nothing but a overreaction.
The Joker goes on The Strike of Hunger and The Strike of Not Telling Jokes until this thing gets cleared. And the fact that he can't relax on this afternoon by killing/robing of themselves/terrorizing citizens and law-enforcers all around Sirius, is his legal right he simply can't exercise at this moment.
The Terms
My client has agreed to withdraw charges if this charade gets settled in the next half an hour. For you to accomplish that, that is if you care for that to happen sooner rather than later, you can ask Mr. Zavala of 101st about these 2 tridentes that started this whole issue in the first place. If he simply says that the Joker has no right to keep his two ships, we'll scrap these ships and make ashtrays out of it, as my client said he would. After all, we payed for it. But keep in mind that Zavala never said "Don't use these two ships that are left" before, not even after the negotiations which took place few months ago near Barrier Gate station. BUT in the case this circus happens to last longer than half an hour starting from now, there is a high possibility that the Joker will blow up two sections of the Forum by his random and chaotic choosing. In confidence, he never gave his word he'll do that for sure but don't tell him I told you so.
This does constitue a warning and not a sanction. You still have the ship. Jailing is standard for this kind of thing. It resolves matters quickly. Check the other sanctions.
When people report rules violations they can't be ignored. You were reported. The sanction was discussed and processed. I fail to see how I personally and the "Hunteros" come into this. I got to post the sanction. It was one of many I posted. It is not as much fun as you may believe. If we start PM ing people on some reports and not on others that is hardly being even-handed.
If you have permission to fly the ship, the persons giving said permission haven't posted it in the correct place. They should do so immediately (link above - it's there for a reason) and apologise to you for causing you this upset.
Rule-breaking and processing violations - whether out of malice or mistake - are not a joke. Get the person who gave you permission to post in the correct place where it can be seen by Admins checking on reports and you will be released. Until then, you remain in violation of the rules.
