And how about you yourself actually read what I wrote? I stated clearly, that having people be quiet has the sole purpose of maintaining communications discipline and order. It is used when necessary, not all the time.
I'm not telling anyone to stop Role-playing - after all, it's the local dominant religion and offending the priests/zealots is sacrilege. I do however demand order. If we gank, we gank in an orderly manner, same if we are ganked, RP or being RP'd to. If there's many people in a group, the cumulative messaging rate creates chaos. I don't want that.

My ships have no fetters on their RP and I am not about to muzzle them because one of your pilots tells me to do so.
People who are in the room with me are in wonder as to why I am repeatedly gently tapping and sometimes slapping my forehead with my palm while reading this thread.
Were they to read what is located in this thread, I believe I'd most surely be asked what the hell I am doing in such a place.
To everyone, I am facepalming harshly and intensively. Some people here, from both sides, regrettably, are behaving, well, I won't say how they're behaving, but you get the picture, I believe.
Now, since I'm here, and I do hold all things Colonial in interest, I'll happily answer anyone's questions, this time -without- bias or anger.
So go ahead, ask anything, anything at all. And I'll answer, and I won't spare the merits and shortcomings of either side in my posting.
Frankly, I do not care if, and it -will- happen, some from the Colonial side call me names and get all pissy after my posts here.
I like that faction, I've invested a year and a half of my life in it. So, I tend to get a little disappointed when I see that, despite everything I've tried to do in all my time here, there are still people in the faction who drown all our great sides, which surprisingly do outnumber the bad ones, and show all their anger, bile, and utter unsuitability.
Though it'll seem like I'm blaming the Colonial side for the bad course this thread has taken, I don't. That is, not just the Colonial side, though if they, as I've said many times, should let only the calm and rational people(Looking primarily at Kaze and Politus at the moment) speak so that there can be a civil discussion.
Really, I must say that I am utterly disappointed by the posts of more than one member of my faction in this thread, honestly. And there is a serious lack of seriousness from the faction's leadership, I really must say, with the exception of Baal, whom you see here as Atreides, who is visibly trying.
To sum up, don't be angry, and keep calm. It is our place to keep calm and intelligent in this thread, even if particular members of the other posters don't, and here I must congratulate those who have criticized us today, but have done so constructively and objectively, keeping all the variables in mind(Looking at mwerte and Sindroms, though they have not been the only ones today).
Now, to avoid having to quote 10 pages worth of posts, feel free to ask anything you want, and I'll answer from the standpoint of someone who's not obsessed with a computer game, but who likes it and has been here a lot of days, months, flights, missions, arguments, disco drama, etc.

When we are facing threat, people need to listen to orders. The fact you like disorganized bunch of your pilots is your thing. We however, feel different.
Read as per above my post. And now, direct everything you want to Swift. We rest refrain from talking to you and Swift will handle the matter alone.
Sorry that I'm asking everyone to re-ask/comment, but I really can't quite see everything that's been written on the previous pages, and opinions may have changed for the better or for worse in the meantime, so I can't really read minds.

1) Why did your four pilots choose to re-engage when they knew they should not have?
2) Why didn't you just pony up and admit to the fact that they messed up instead of trying to put a <strike>false</strike> spin on things.?

1 and 2) The screenshots you posted don't quite tell me the whole picture because I wasn't there, and I was mainly getting the info from your side and from what Politus, or was it Kaze, not sure, posted, because I believe in their sincerity and impartiality.
I offered a possibility that some were confused, and that the thing was a misunderstanding, but if it is true that they asked if they could reengage for honesty's sake, you said no, then they should have not done so and, frankly, if you want, feel free to file a report, it's well within your rights.
Also, please refer to a lengthy post of mine some 11 or 12 pages ago where I talked about the issue of mutual agreements on bending, and I mean just bending, the rules for RP sake, but which is speaking in general. I just thought it'd shed a bit of light on the way I think.
3) Well, I don't know what the precise motivations of Herr Panzer were, but I don't, in general, see no reason why it is not well within Colonial RP to do quick strikes into Alpha, if need be, in order to disrupt the enemy's supply and patrol lines, but keeping in mind that Alpha is not really "conquerable" by standard means, and keeping it guerrilla-ish.
4 gunboats and a fighter, a bit too steep, perhaps, but it doesn't seem all that bad to me.
I don't see why the Outcast side should really have any complaints because their enemies are attacking them instead of waiting for the opposite situation.
4) Well, first things first, I wasn't there, so I can't have the whole detailed situation, so I don't know what the precise mission goal was. Why the statements differed, well, I suspect it might be because they just made something up, in case the one in charge wasn't answering the questions. A bit herdish, yes, some people following their commander without knowing why they're following him and what they're gonna do.
As for the deflection, well, as I said up there, quite a few Colonial people were posting ludicrous posts up there, making little sense and a big fuss.

Spamming the system chat with endless and sincerely uneeded rp affirmations while i was replying to you and your so called 'demands' shows a great deal of unorganization within your ranks. True, they can rp at will.. If they don't make a mess of things. In less than 20 seconds, your men wrote what was at least 15 lines of affirmations iRP. Some mixed iRP insults and such, but still fair game. I contacted you by ooRP pm to ask that you could at least tell you men to be quiet so we could move the rp foward since you were the head oncho there and the leader of the all show. Anyone can agree to me that spamming the system chat while trying to conduct an rp conversation is by all terms, unfruitful and unneeded. And i didn't pm-spammed you. I've sent you three pm's. One regarding your units system wide iRP affirmations and another two regarding your 'lord' Rimmer (i think) as he was speaking out of turn. It even seemed he was the boss there. So don't twist events or words. It is unfitting for a player of your stature.
Now that i left my job and i can now think with a clear mind, i ask you this. You are disapointed at me, for it seems. For the so called support calling that i already veemently denied. You said 2v1 was fair game. So, please stop saying that 2v2 during a good deal of the fight and later 3v2 was unfair. You started the fight 2v1, so please believe me.
I am the one disapointed at you.
That a player that already is known in the Disco community and belongs to several factions (as a testement to your rp prowess and talent) is acting like this.

I hate to do this but I have another black dot to add to your feedback, =CR=. You claim that you're not metagamers but your pilots act different. Today, after I pirated 2 miners in Tau-23, =CR= ships started to appear . I ran to Tau-37, than to Tau-39. It was impossible for anyone to find my route. I was heading to Tau-23 when I got a message in system chat. Something like this:
