Sir,

I would like to discuss business with you when you are available. I've had it with these clowns escaping into independent systems. They not only disrupt civilians but traders aswell, more specifically, MY trader corps. We represent the law, and from the looks of things, we need a "longer arm" to reach out and touch the baddies. We can discuss this further later on. Business has been slow for me but I would still like to make a donation to our treasury in order to boost troop morale and better equip our forces. Hopefully you will take time to think of these ideas.
