hm - i "can" make you a translucent ship that is filled up with pulsating lightbulbs - but again - that sounds fancier than it would really look like.
it would look like a cheap toy you get with a kids meal. ( mostly cause i cannot make use of very important shader effects like enviromental mapping, bump mapping ( which would kinda be important for such a ship ) - and animated skins )
about the white skin...
i do have a problem there - there is no "white" skin suitable for fighters in freelancer from what i know. - i can make use of the bretonian "white plating" - but that ll create a very boring ship.
As for the no white... For future ship design wouldnt it be nice to have a white texture in the game?
If this is not an option I would lean towards a liberty or zoner gray, with colored wings (like the blue) perhaps. Or the other way around even. I just think 2 bright primary/ secondary colors placed right next to each other looks rather clown like.
Looks like a beautifal design so far, but I have one simple question concerning this: Why do the Angels need a gunship at all? As far as I have ever known them to be, they are supposed to be purely Nuetral to every one and No One is allowed to attack any Angel member for any reason. Why not simply use the ship for a different faction that could use something truely new and unique to them. Otherwise, this is typical of the excelent qualtiy work we have all come to expect from you.

As Jinx said, the Ship would have Fighter Guns and Gunboat Turrets. To show different Effects and Stats.

i gave it a rather bland white skin now. - it doesn t have much detail - but fits alright. - currently - the ship is about 3 times as wide as a centurion, taller and longer of course.
i gave it :
- 2 torp / cd slots ( so that the guide can mount - well, a cd and a torp )
- 4 fighterweapons for missiles or guns
- 2 turrets that can be defined as GB turrets
i have not written an .ini for it atm - that can be done another time. but i suggest:
- 400k energy ( small GB )
- lvl10 fightershields or lvl6 freighter/transport shields ( excluding the 50k and 100k shields )
- some 20k armour like a SHF
- SHF agility
that should allow the freedom to demonstrate most weapons and emulate most situations.
