It needs two fighter torpedo tubes and bomber guns.
And be pretty darn slow.

maybe strap the torpedo tubes to the top? Or on the top of the wings, at the wing root? That would certainly break up the Defender/Guardian look of it. Or maybe do an over/under dual cockpit, for a two-person crew?
It's a frankenship monstrosity that looks terribly ugly. But very RP. I really don't want the LPI to be flying the next Waran around though. I'm sure you can strap on more Liberator/Guardian parts somewhere to both bulk it up and make it look distinctive.
That'd make it both lightly armed and slow. Therefore, most of us would probably use Rocs still.
Two words: Bomber killer.

They don't need a bomber killer, they have fighters for that. They need a tridente killer. Specifically. Bonus if it's good at killing Rogue GBs and Hacker GBs too. Oh, and the odd Outcast or Rogue dessie.
I have one question though. Why the heck do they need a bomber when the Liberty Navy has like how many Cap ships sitting around New York all day?
Also. LPI is a company they are contracted to police Liberty. I'm sure they have more then enough money to develop their own ships instead of rigging together a VHF and a LF.

LPI stands for Liberty Police, Incorporated. It's about the bottom line. Profits. Shareholder happiness.
Not gonna pay for a bomber if it's likely to gouge us.
