Herr Silver.
First of all, we are not ordering you arround! I guess it is natural that you owe us an explenation and those are our bases, not yours. We have lost ships there!
Also, thank you that you talked with them. There will be meeting today and we will see if there will be exceptions for junker congress members concerning our stations.
I see now. You are going to allow Congress only ships to dock in your bases? Well then i no longer feel any sympathy for your situation. Also as you stated earlier Junkers, and junker congress are 2 different things. Junker and junker are 2 different things. What you fail to relise is no 2 junkers are the same. We do not follow and high command, or corporate bosses. We are all our own bosses, and as such we can,and will do what ever we want, when ever we want. We support each other when it is needed, but do not assume we are all one unit. You have claimed no junkers but congress near your bases? so be it. Try to shoot at me if you will,or the other junkers i will be bringing with me. You want this to go hostile? by all means we can arrange that. After all i am tired of shooting xenos, time for some mining ships.

If that is how you feel about it, so be it. The Junker Congress will stay away from Kruger bases unless you invite us back. I repeat my original statement though. If you are having problems with Junkers, please send the appropriate information to me. I believe you will find that I can make their lives much more difficult than you can.
Mr who ever you are, you did not identified yourself in your first transmission, nor any other.
We do not know who exactly you are, from where do you come, and what are your reasons for constantly showing hostility, looking for excuse to shoot Kruger vessels, as far I could tell ,you could be one of those Junkers who have been pirating us.
Also, you are wrong mein herr, you can not do what ever you want, NOT on Kruger bases, you have no rights or reasons to be there, you will not boss us around OUR bases. You can bring all your friends, if we catch you pirating our vessels you will regreat mein herr, deeply regreat.
I am blocking your transmissions from now on on my Frequency, as I do not wish to listen your empty threats. This matter will be discussed with Congress, and for other cases, we will deal with each of them separately. Your transmissions wil be ignored on my side.
You are correct. I have not devulged my Identification, nor that of my companions. Thing is...we do not like being known, bad for buisness.I nor my friends have never pirated any of your vessals, nor do we even enter your systems that often. Very little profit there. Thing is....We junkers do not like being told what to do,or where we cannot go. Look at Kusari for example. An entire house cannot keep us out,and now you a little tiny mining company think you can do what a house cannot? Paa-lese! As for blocking me,or any other junker transmissions? Well you would be surprised what you can find on wrecks these days, and when that does not work? we have friends who are Very good "Hackers". Now you "forbid" junkers from doing something? and you just invite us to try to do it even more. You talk nice to us,and we get bored and leave you be. So look at your words, and see which will be happening now.

So you're denying us docking rights on your bases eh? Fair enough, not much profit to be made from them anyhow. What I do take issue with is your insistence that we are pirates, we base ourselves out of your bases, to pirate your shipments. In fact, you still have yet to provide a piece of evidence supporting your claims of piracy. So fine, I won't dock on the few bases owned by Kruger. I will however, use tradelanes, routes that are most efficient for my business needs, even if they come within 10k, or even 2k of your bases. Show more signs of aggression towards me or my associates and well . . we shall defend ourselves against it.

Herr Pelt, we have uploaded the evidence allready and we will show agression only towards those who will try to pirate our ships! This defence line is built to protect our base! Do you think that I'm doing this without a point?! Also, if you have a business there, please inform us not throw your threats towards us!
Thats it... we will speak only with the members of the junker congress. This transmission is now closed for non congress members. If you have business there make a request.
Also, for Junker congress- the meeting will start soon.
Ryoken... This indeed was a pirate transmission and now I really see what is going on...

Very well, the rules seem to be acceptable, still we need our Arbiter's word on it before accepting it officially.
In the meantime Frank Silver will patrol in the area whenever he has time.
