Graphics card problems

Okay, so my graphics card stopped working the other day, and I've been forced to use integrated graphics.

Two days ago, A&L Guy managed to identify my chip, find and download the drivers for it. Everything works.

Except Freelancer.

Seems Freelancer doesn't recognise it as a compatible graphics card.
(Obviously, that picture was not taken on Windows 7, but it's the exact same error message.)

Anyone else had this trouble and have managed to fix it?

I appreciate any help I can get with this. Neither Cannon or A&L Guy have managed to find out how to fix this.

@Elsdragon, The Sandvich Theif, Dieter Schprokets, Birdtalon, Teschy, Sovereign: Inactive on all my characters until I can get this fixed.

Yeah, I'm running on integrated now too.
Problem being that while FL does run, on the equipment dock\commodities etc the text spazzes out and flies around the screen and distorts XD

It also happens when I target something in game, meaning I can't read chat :\

My diagnosis: Integrated Graphics fail.

Cannon has a similar problem it appears. Not sure what his chip is though.

My diagnosis: Integrated Graphics fail.

My diagnosis: flconfigdatabase.txt fail. (+ Bob fail.)

Cannon notes that he has a problem with the GMA3500 and windows 7.

A friend of me also uses Win7 but he doesn't have any trouble. Is it the combination of those 2? BTW, he's running it on a laptop.:P

Windows 7 isn't the problem anymore. We fixed the issue with it not being able to detect the card correctly, and the other games that weren't working now work. Hence why I haven't bothered to install XP on this and see if that works.
It's just Freelancer that doesn't like this card...
And running on a laptop means he probably has a different card.

you sure your driver is realy compatible with your graphique card and win 7
