I can't seem to find a link to this anywhere, seeing as Lancers doesn't work anymore...
Does anyone have a download link to where I can get this program?

Similar to fled-ids; its an infocard editing/viewing program. Apparently it's quite good, so I wanted to try it out.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find it anywhere so I was wondering if anyone here has a link to it (or can attach it to a post if it's small enough, no idea how big it is)

Trust me, FLID ref is WAY better than the other infocard programs I've used (like FLED-IDS)

I use FLDev to look at all the infocards and their coding. Then changing the text, checking the coding, I simply copy and paste it somewhere else. Never actually save stuff with it.
