Message to: KNF High Command
Comm ID: [KNF]~Shikikan~
Hai!
I was called to duty in Honshu due to excess open comms chatter. I detected many vessels on comms.
Three BSG vessels had engaged NovaPG forces; and the chatter seemed to indicate that some new BSG pilots were squawking wrong transponders or were not properly ID'd. I contacted the Vicar's Fist; and asked him to withdraw all BSG forces until their internal comms issues were rectified. He complied.
While communications were underway with BSG, NovaPG Thomas.East continued to fire on police and naval ships near Planet Honshu. I warned him several times to leave the system, and then engaged. Very quickly, NovaPG Rogue also joined the fracas. I focused on the Rogue, and eliminated his threat, and then proceeded to remove the Thomas.East as well. Vessel Rogue returned once more, and was quickly dispatched.
Before I could reach for my tea, an Outcast Destroyer, the Illuminator took his turn. The battle was brief, but the Shikikan proved more than a match for this Outcast-tagged vessel. He was also dispatched in three passes above Honshu.
An ugly dreadnaught, the "Victory" was then observed above Honshu. He squawked police. He stated he had come in aid of the BSG. I informed him that BSG were not in control in Honshu, and that cap ships are strictly forbidden in Honshu without prior permission of High Command or the Ambassador. The Captain of the Victory was not aware of this policy, but complied and withdrew from the system.
There was another vessel present during the morning; the "Theseus". He seemed mouthy, but I did not sight nor get a chance to scan this vessel. Recommend a watchful eye, as I suspect he was acting in support of NovaPG, or perhaps operating as a independent pirate.
Encounter report: ~Osaka~ and escorts drive Bretonian Battleship from Nago.
Escort pilots:
YukoRyuu and Shoki
Encountered the Battleship ROSO attacking Nago station today. Osaka mustered two Kagi wing pilots and engaged. After a brief exchange the ROSO attempted a retreat but was caught in the rocks. Our wyrm pilots did well keeping him disrupted but he was persistent with his running:
The hostile was lost in the Tau-31 trade lanes. Somehow it managed to disappear right in front of us on the way to Holman.
Pilots reported no damage and the Nago outpost is once again at full operational capacity.
Greetings to the [KNF] This is the Priestess of the Children of Bretonia.
I realize that my predecessor has not treated the KNF very well in the past. Many {C} Missions came home with holds
full of KNF prisoners, but that was then. The [SF] had no respect for Iggy's services and tried to shut us down completely. [color=#FFFFFF](The Escape Story)
But now I lead the remains of a proud cult who follow the protector goddess, TARA.
We have begun a personal war against the [SF] and BAF so we spend most of our time in bretonian space.
We have been taken in by the junkers and that has warped our rep to be that of a criminals.
But I assure you we do not take unnecessary lives in battle. We have a 'Collector Group' stationed in NL and they only
loot from Bowex, BMM, Gateway and Planetform transports. We also have a 'Military Group' that only
attacks BAF and [SF] forces.

So being labeled as "Religious Terrorist" by the rest of Sirius has hurt our ability to land or trade
and has restricted us to only pirate/unlawful bases. I would consider our actions to be solely military but many connections exist
between traders and we are just considered reds! But, up in Kusari, we are held close in the hearts of all the people as faithful freedom fighters and our ships are welcome to land at most lawful docks. But the public opinion does not
decide the will of the [KNF], so I give to you this small gift of prisoners and humbly bow to the [KNF]
[attachmentid=2509] in a request for a legal haven in Kusari.
A formal Treaty.
Quote:Motives______________
[color=#FFFFFF](1)Security) It can be a tough neighborhood here is Sirius when you have made many enemies. Much like when a police officer is put in
jail with the perps he put there. Under Iggy's command, Very few SCRA (and other) attacks on bretonia have been successful.
But now that "we" are an enemy to the BAF the other BAF enemies did not buddy up to us, and I can't blame them. (2)Economy) Being new to this whole pirate thing is making it hard to profit as we don't know where the "unlawful" bases are.
So we would like to bring our seized BAF goods up there to be sold on Kusari docks. Also we may set up a contact from time to time
so that we may sell them to [KNF] transports at a reduced price; In Tau-29 or Kyushu.
Terms______________
[color=#FFFFFF](1)Aggression) {C} will not engage "any" ships while in Kusari space (except for self defense against kusari pirates) (1)A) As {C} will not engage any ships, {C} will immediately stand down to the closest base "unless ordered to attack by a [KNF] officer". (1)B) As {C} will not engage any ships, {C} may request an assist from any close [KNF] ships to escort {C} safely to the closest base.
And ask that [KNF] oblige. (2)Entitlement) {C} is cleared to use all Kusari vessels in the following classes. Cargo - Transport - Fighter - Gunboat (2)A) {C} will pay 20% of the ship price directly to the [KNF] after purchasing. (2)B) {C} is cleared to use all Kusari weapons and equipment possible for those classes and may equip them in all {C} military ships (This excludes our Collector Group) (3)Rent) {C} will pay the [KNF] 1,000,000 credits a week for this document to be stay enacted. (3)A) {C} reserves the right to delay payments and make future payments. ({C} will record the political payments in their Message dump.)
Please have your general go over this and if he has any new terms or wants to ammend some, send a PM to dude42 containing the changes.
Once we have come to an agreement, I will post the Treaty and put links in both of our message dumps.
And we will always be able to change its terms and status.
Seiji Nebotuda reads the communique recieved by Imperial command from {c}
He then looks back at his morning news brief.
The headline reads:
NO JUNKERS IN KUSARI
He even remembers seeing that in the Blue Saffire grill on New Tokyo weeks ago on leave. Nebotuda scans further down the article. Notes mention of the Hogosha crime bosses and how they keep other mafia, especially Junkers, out of Kusari.
He thinks to himself:
Interesting that these Junkers have a deity. Ahh, and they want access to Kishiro blue prints for Imperial warships no less! Imagine that! Gaijin crewing a living monument to the emperor...
Nebotuda finishes reading and drafts his recommendation to Admiral Nadir:
Admiral,
This request presents a significant security threat to our interests. These Children of Bretonia are simply that, somewhat dissillusioned but no less foreign agents of our enemies the Bretonians. We are not a haven for political refugees, and we certainly cannot entertain possible operatives from the BAF. I recommend you reject this request.
Message to: Nebotuda, Captain, Tawakemono
From: Kilo, Commander, Heikiko_Maru
Seiji-san,
I regret to inform you that due to a recent death in the family, I must return to my gaijin homeland to attend to affairs and carry on the traditions of our Clan.
I hereby respectfully submit my resignation. I have learned much under your command, and I have extreme confidence in you and Nadir-Taisho. I trust you will continue to honor our Emporer and the glory that is the Blue Lagoon of Kusari.
I am happy to report that all construction and development funds for the Hiroshima System have been transferred to the Heikiko Maru. All computers on both the Tawakemono and the Heikiko_Maru have been updated to reflect my resignation.
I also concur with your estimate of the Children of Bretonia's recent petition for asylum. One crazy Goddess is enough for any House, eh?
Please see that any accrued pay and allowances are transferred to my good friend Lt. Hana Arata aboard the
Gunboat Chijin. I trust that he will continue to serve Kusari in whatever is asked of him.

I seems I need to refresh your memory general that we are not pirates, we only have a junkers tag as incidence of the fleeing from [SF]. We have a junkers tag but do not act as junkers, we act as gorilla fighters against the [SF]. As history has shown when you wish to defeat an enemy you do not turn away the rebles in your enemies own contry, you aid them.
We are not criminals we are freedom fighters against the [SF] and I erge you to re-read the treaty with this in mind. The terms in the document cater more to the [KNF], is sounds like a deal to you.
OOC: Yngen, dude! I remember when I was the president of your clan and we are old friends. Is that worh nothing. We are not planning to spy, we actually are Anti-[SF] BAF. The only reson we were "ever" friends with the [SF] is so we could get kicked out in RP to make the escape story a bit more real, and I must say it has.
