They all had time, Hylden had 32 (thirty-seven) hours. He admitted himself. More than the 11 I saw on IFSO.
On the other hand, Lane Hackers flying Liberty ships... another copout. Why isn't anyone flying a Spyglass anymore? Why are you all flying Liberty Dreadnoughts? Let me guess - you all went out and stole them?

Nope, ain't allowed a battleship. Got a Liberty Cruiser.
And afaik the Phoenix Shipyard produces them, in RP that is.
I thought Hylden had about 2 hours ingame time? And ingame time is the only time that matters.
If he had significantly more than that, I'm sorry.
I'm just trying to explain why I think that this rule-addition is necessary.
EDIT: Denelo tells me, we get the Liberty ships not because of our LH-alignment but because the HF is ex-Liberty-Navy.
We probably got a few Navy Engineers that know how to build a Cruiser. Dunno about the BS, though. Doesn't matter in my case, anyways.
Nightfall, what was said was more out of frustration than anything.
Getting reps and IDs sorted and keeping them right is a real chore at times.
There are a lot of players who go about getting reps and IDs sorted out after the ship is underway, in fact I don't know any players that don't use this method.
If a character is supposed to be in a gunboat, why waste credits on fighter paraphernalia?
You can waste millions on equipment that will be useless and has very low resale value. Flying a Starflier to the point of purchase is not only fun but saves a great deal of time and effort, so that you can get back to the game.
Would it have been better to have stayed silent? Perhaps.
Okay, first things first. I just gave examples. And about my attitude, yes, I know I acted out of rationality. But, don't blame just me. Check the rest of the posts aswell. You will see that others started to behave like that. And if they are behaving in this matter, why should I be different? I should have been different, but I wasn't myself at that moment.
And for your information, if anyone gives an example, you don't start to act like that really happened. So, please, don't take my examples or speculations as good. I think that, behind the computers we are still ppl. If we do mistakes, we correct them. I know how the international laws works, haven't threatened somebody with that. Still what I requested was a refund. Some ppl started that I had the wrong ID, and so on. I responded nicely at the beginning but when ppl starts to ask the same questions again and again, I lost my cool. I do mistakes aswell, so I apologize to Dab and the rest who got cussed by me, since I offended them in a harsh way. Anyway, I am grateful to Nightfall because he refunded me, and I have stopped complaining. And don't get me wrong, at first I sent him a PM. I didn't intended to do what I just did. But, anyway, what is done is done. Can't change that. I will try to calm down if I will be in a similar situation. I was angry at the moment. And about why I haven't done my rep first. I was a bit eager to get that ship, and it seems it had backfire. Anyway, I will try to be more friendly from now on. Usually I don't react like that, just had a tough week. I will try to fix those mistakes, by not doing them in the future.
Thanks for your understanding, hope to hear only the best.
EDIT: 32 since the char creation... 3 hours ingame... as stated. i don't stay all day long on my comp. I created the char at exactly 32 hours before you deleted it. i was ingame for 3 hours. and i am sure that i said you that. not 32 hours ingame, 32 hours since it was created. please, to avoid confusion, ask again next time.

1. I don't act on 'I thought'.
2. IFSO was showing 11 hours playtime.

Frustration? I can't allow that in my action as an admin/moderator. I can be personally frustrated but that isn't interfering my actions. I act on solid evidence. I can't let anything cloud my judgment.

You weren't rational. I know. I understand that. Why should you be different? Because replying like that to anyone won't make you any friends and in my eyes you look even guiltier and unfit for a community of any kind. Why don't you show that you're able to reply with rational answers, not twisting words and insults? You were the first to insult.
Even if you were in for 3 hours: Manhattan to Norfolk (or whichever sells the Li Dread) is less than 5 mins - take max 30min to reach FP9/Corfu/FP10 - do a double-bribe in about an hour, you'd find one for sure - you have an hour and a half left. In 3 hours you should have the ID. Not shooting Li Navy in front of Manhattan.

I've refrained from posting about any of this until now. It's been a couple of days since it happened, the situation has been resolved (to my understanding)...and here we are again, everyone attacking everyone else. Feeling have been hurt, egos have been bruised, etc. Let bygones be bygones people. Let it go.
Can we please drop this now? Those of you who still have a problem, please take it to PM's and stop airing it out for all to see. Please, that's all I ask right now and I KNOW i'm speaking for a lot of people here. I'm just the only one b*tchy enough to say it:P
(*sigh* What I wouldn't give for mod powers on the forums these days)
To be honest, I don't see anybody flaming (in this thread at least).
I'm just trying to get my point across. We need a rule for that kind of thing.
You say 1 1/2 hours is enough? Fine. Just add it to the rules. Let's say, the ID thingy doesn't apply for 2 hours ingame time. No more, no less. But please make it official.
I have another idea - Construction ID, which means the character is under construction. With this ID one cannot PvP, trade, roleplay but can work on finishing his ship and reputation. Once done, proper ID should be purchased. It won't prevent breaking the rules, but it could help with identifying those who really work on their characters.
Nightfall, HF is allowed Liberty capships because of our RP. We've had this for about... 11 months now, and it's been challenged before. HF was former Lib Navy, but betrayed, and escaped with a few ships. Also, haven't you read mine and Zepphos' RP? We paid for 2 Carriers and a Liberty Dread.
Nightfall, did you consider the fact that he was shooting Liberty Navy to get his reputation? A Double-LH bribe will not get you a tag, you have to shoot at Liberty for quite a while, and/or do missions.
I am a long-absent Supreme Commander, Executive Commander, Grand Admiral, Fleet Admiral, and Captain in the mighty Hellfire Legion. I have returned, and am on an urgent mission from Drake Thastus to return the Legion to its former glory, and to claim the galaxy for its own. Only then will I be able to rest.
RP Story (Still deciding whether or not to finish)
