Zoners, imagine that you could transport Zoner passengers.
What strategy would Zoners prefer for the transport of Zoner passengers?
1) Limited Origins :
1a) One origin, or a cluster of origins that are very close to each other, going to destinations across Sirius. (similar to the set up for Gold).
1b) Two widely spaced origins going to destinations across Sirius that are nearest to each origin (similar to the set up for Engines & Ship Hull panels)
2) Limited Destinations :
2a) One primary destination, with many origins (similar to Scientists, but one destination instead of two)
2b) Two primary destinations, with many origins (similar to the set up for Scientists)
There are pros and cons to each strategy, refer to the listed commodities to evaluate them.
Discuss, decide on a strategy, then list bases to fit the strategy according to the limited origins or limited destinations.
I'm assigning the TAZ faction leader to give me a final decision so I know when the discussion is over, unless he designates someone else to do so.

Yes, a new commodity that Zoners can use for this, or if there is no interest I'll use it for something else, it's sufficiently generic as passengers. Any Zoner input is welcome, I just need one person to function as an executive so this doesn't drag on forever.

It was a thought that the Zoner passengers (or whatever they end up being called, I'd go for "Zoner Ne'er-do-wells," personally) might sell on all freeports, with prices varying with respect to the single destination, Gran Canaria. I think it would be pretty helpful to have a commodity at a convenient location with a guaranteed decent haul back to Canaria, which is about the centre of Zoner commerce.
Additionally, we might make two destinations - Canaria and Freeport XV.

Zoner passengers? Interesting. If there is one commodity I've always wanted to see in Disco is coffee. We all drink it and it could, technically, only be grown on good, fertile planets such as Canaria, Stuttgart or planet with such environments to support it.

As was mine.
Xoria, I'd like to see a little bit of an increase in passenger route profit over a new Zoner Passenger commodity... we can create "Zoner passengers" through the magic of RP. We don't need a commodity for them.

Just curious... do you have a Zoner char, Mr "+1"...?
And, as Doc suggested, if we're getting an "easter egg" of sorts, I'm partial to Canarian Dark Roast myself..

Ok, let me clarify, these are passengers which you would think must be Zoners because they are going to, from, or between Zoner bases, just like you'd assume Tourists going from Curacao to Augsburg are Rheinlanders but Tourists going from Curacao to New London are Bretonians. But the same commodity may be used elsewhere also, in which case the passengers might be assumed to be something else, like space monkeys or carnivorous robots, depending on origin and destination.
I'll also point out that this is a good opportunity to place an export or import at Freeports that don't already export/import something meaningfully, like Freeports 10, 6, 5, 1, & 2. That's how I would approach this.
