dusty im not saying to take the sabre away from freelancers etc, but to give the outcasts a ship of their own, so they are not dependant on civilian tech.
it is highly oorp like this. did the outcasts have such a crappy ship before that immediately after them being introduced to the sabre they just jetisoned the thing and let it to rot? their brains should be superior to other human brains therefore have better R&D than whole sirius and should have something of their own.
At this point it is very likely that the OC would need to build their "own" line if they want to have the personal touch. Yes. No one is stopping them.
As to oorp... Wat.
The OCs played a part in developing the BW line. There are rumors out there that "their" BW ships are better than the junk the Zoners put into the market. It's as oorp as the Guardian being used by the Liberty Navy.
maybe, just maybe, the OC realised what an awesumimapwnjoo ship the sabre is, and are having too much fun flying it to bother thinking about designing their own shipline. this is evidenced by the fact that when they required a bomber, they based it on the sabre.

Actually, the AK-47 is not produced anywhere anymore, but variations of the AK-74/AKM are.
Regardless, even in those other countries, the original weapon receives a modification of some sort, compare some of the Kalashnikov designs around the world. Since there are obviously even more things to modify on a spaceship, at least the callsign is bound to be different.
I wish the Falcata would count as Outcast Ship like Tridente, Storta and the other Capital Ships. Why? Because that would open new Deals with Rheinland. Would make the Bundschuh and Unioners and LWB a bit more dedicated to the Outcasts. Red Hessians thought it would be better to hate and shoot us.
But well the RHA seeing the Allies flying around in Outcast Ships would be something nice to have. Creates more Roleplay than just buying the silly old Civilian Ship.
