of course you are right. Ze two capital ships have violated Rheinland laws. If zere won't be a response from ze Rheinwehr Oberkommando wizin ze next days to zis transmission, you can consider zeir intrusion as not desired.
However ze base itself is not registered and ze respective IMG hauler was trading to a not registered station, which is an unlawful act.
I'll do ze respective paperwork as fast as possible.

Colonel, thank you for the reply. Just becareful our there. With all these bases popping up there are now more places for the enemy to hide, to say nothing about these bloody large ships that make a gunboats day that much harder.
