It does lack details from the normal dread, but it has under 4500 (I think the lib dread has almost 8000) polys right now. So it is an efficient model. But the detail level and poly count can always be bumped up.

It does look very similar to the dread, but it wasn't meant as another class, more like an upgraded Dread.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

I like it, looks cool, but I would be much happier that you folks use your designing skills in something more useful, maybe some ships that actually need replacement, or custom bases possibly. I 've seen few models lately who have no chances to get in mod, but a lot of time is puted in it. Sad to see it's wasted.

if the model isnt really meant to be put ingame, id suggest going crazy with the detail work. make it as intricate as possible, as detailed. in its current shape however, even if it was going to be put ingame, i feel it lacks sufficient detail.

I'm sorry, but the first thing I thought when I saw the front was "OM NOM NOM."

Meeeeh, Super Dreadnoughts...

It looks cool and all, but a regular Dreadnought, or maybe a pair of them, could pound the living hell out of a planet's surface/most other capital ships out there already....

It has a mouth to nomnomnom the Rheinlanders!
Huzzah!

Mebbe lose the mouth, attaching things onto the nose can remove how plain it looks. Eg run some 'nossles' to the front perhaps? Looking like missile tube or whatever, just that general idea. Break up the 'normal' wedge front and you are sorted.
