AI ID Request - RP Story Available

Hello Admin Team,

I am requesting to obtain an AI ID for the following reason:
I have a second computer, and various friends that come over to play Freelancer at my place. When they do so, they fly formation with me, rarely speak to the system, and don't do anything without my permission. They have no faction affiliation other than neutral and what I tell them to attack.

Roleplaying Aspects?
- the first player will be me (a trader)
- the second ship will be commanded by my friend (an AI construct under my ship's command).
- the ship was built and programmed by the late uncle of the first ship. Now it accompanies me automatically to allow for our family business to continue with the same profit margin without having to hire another pilot.
- (... can go into further detail if necessary ...)

The AI ship will be purchased by myself (transfer of funds to AI player's account - which has yet to be setup pending this approval)

I just have one question though:
what ships are the AI's restricted to? I was hoping to fly soley a transport ship or liner.
