I launched from Fort Bush, and immediately my comms lit up with chatter from a pilot callling himself Celadon Gryphon. I was pretty sure I had heard of this guy before, an Outcast. He told me he was at West Point, and was flying a Falcata, and had some Navy Pilots in his hold. There were no Navy around, so I decided to do something about it. He even promised he was alone.
It turns out he wasn't alone, but the Wolves member there didn't get involved. In any case, here's proof of Celadon Gryphon's crimes:
Sadly, the duel went badly for me, and he destroyed my ship. I managed to float to West Point, where the Navy was nice enough to patch me up before discharging me.
That is all.

Yesterday I received a assistance request from a one Eddy something. He was in a tough spot, so I hoofed it over to where he was. He was taking on LR Size isn't everything, Outcast Jim McKinsey, and [HF] Raving Rabbit. I made my intentions known and engaged. The Eddy guy had been fighting for awhile and finally succumbed to the damage his ship had taken. When it became 3 on me, I tried my best, but to no avail.
Today I had a smuggler give me a false report of a pirate near the Texas gate so he could drop his load of Contraband off at Manhattan. A LSF agent saw it and had gun cam photos,so I proceeded to stop said smuggler. Turns out the LSF lost his gun cam photos to a electrical fire, so I had to let him go. I let the Junker know that the LPI doesn't take kindly to false reports.
End of Report.

As I awaited my FTO Captain Hull O'Brian I took off from Manhattan and attached myself to Police Patrol Kappa 19 led by Sergeant Dugal. We encountered quite a few hostiles, mostly Rogues and Hackers, but I was advised to merely observe the engagements seeing as I was a fresh recruit without proper training or equipment. Unfortunately for the enemy pilots, no escape pods were ever launched. I'm not sure what would possess someone to die rather than surrender, but that seemed to be the case all along the patrol route. In the end two Rogues and four Hackers were killed. We had a few flee the scene of combat when they realized that they were out gunned and out manned.
After the patrol was finished I decided to cruise back to Manhattan and take a break from flight. On my way back I was hailed by Captain O'Brian on a secure com channel. He gave me the proper funding for a brand new LZF-6364 "Patriot" and the additional equipment. He then advised me to take on a few LPI missions to brush up on my piloting skills. Shortly after he had to dock at Manhattan to attend to some paper work and administrative duties.
My first mission was pretty straight forward, find and destroy a small patrol of Rogues. It was an easy job and all of the pilots managed to escape in pods. I didn't have enough space in the cargo hold to securely transport them so I radioed for an LPI pickup. Total downed ships Rogue ships: four.
On my return flight to Manhattan to pick up a mission I encountered a patrol of bounty hunters trying to fight off a group of Rogues that decided to attack the trade lane. Only one enemy pilot managed to escape unscathed, the other four were captured. After I finally made it back to Manhattan, I landed at the station and picked up a mission to assassinate a well known Rogue member, Shaun Krohn. The mission got a little dicey after one of my weapons was damaged, but the end result was that all four of the ships were downed. I delivered them back to a holding cell in Manhattan to await trial.
My next mission was a little easier, capture the known Liberty Rogue Toby Nazzal. He was accused of crimes against the house of Liberty and needed an...escort to make it to his trial later in the week. After a bit of dog fighting both pilots were downed and the prisoner was delivered to the station for booking.
My final mission to accomplish before I was awarded access to the Illinois system was to retrieve some commodity exchange access codes from a Rogue named Chad Caudle. Needless to say he wasn't going to give them up without a fight, so I lifted off from Manhattan with the intention to take them by force. As I was traveling through the trade lane, my trip was interrupted by two Rogues attacking a civilian ship. I stopped to assist the civi and picked up the lone Rogue escape pod. Taking down Chad was fairly easy and I ended up with two more prisoners by the end of the trip.
As I was preparing to head to Illinios, there was...an odd occurrence. As I was listening in on a military com channel there was some radio chatter saying that a "Keeper" had entered the system from "Alaska." I have heard rumors about those things, but I didn't know how accurate they were. As I listened I heard the...creature send system wide transmissions. They weren't so much words as emotions and I couldn't be sure if its intentions were friendly. I told the civilian that I had been conversing with, Andre Young, that I would have to escort him out of the system until the "Keeper" could be found and eliminated. It was too dangerous to leave him alone with that thing flying around unaccounted for. It took the Navy a few hours to...do whatever it was they did to get it to leave.
I escorted the civilian all the way to Freeport 4 where I decided to resupply. Unfortunately, I was attacked after un-docking by someone with a vendetta against the LPI. He was angry about his patrol being attacked by Liberty naval forces. He hit my ship pretty hard and had I not punched out at the last second, I probably would have ended up dead. After I explained to him that I had no part in attacking his patrol he became significantly less hostile, helpful even. He gave me a few combat tips as I waited at the bar for my ship to be repaired.
After I bid farewell the OI operative and his friend, I made my way to Illinois. I hit a really bad ion storm on the way back. The controls were knocked out for about 5 minutes and I was left drifting. After I managed to get the systems back online, I continued on my way. About 20 minutes later I docked in Illinois and finished my patrol.

Took off from Fort Bush to Catch up with a new officer, Samantha Blake, to give her an indoctrination and get her started. We flew to Manhattan where we got her into a Patriot and some weapons so she could start completing some LPI missions and get registered for Illinois. I had to land and do some more paperwork at this point, and did so.
I relaunched after my paperwork was caught up and I wanted to see how things were going for Ms. Blake. I caught up to her and she was doing just fine. Next, I encountered Sergeant Jack Bauer, who was at West Point. He reported that a member of the OI| had made a threat against him and ordered him to let a smuggler go. This was not going to stand. The OI| mercs have been associating with the Rogues and the Wolves.
I made a broadcast on the emergency channel and backup arrived in the form of Deputy Chief Agathon and several LN members, including Vice Admiral David Hale. The OI| at this point stated that they didn't make a threat. The Vice Admiral was having none of it. It seems that one of the OI| mercs had a few LN, civilian, and xeno pilots on board. He was ordered to drop them. The Xeno pilots were turned over to the LPI, the rest went with the LN. The OI| were ordered out of Liberty space, but instead they docked on the Liberty Rogue stationary destroyer, further cementing the proof that they are working for the Rogues. Vice Admiral Hale declared them to be enemies of the state.
Deputy Chief Agathon and I transported the Xeno prisoner to the Huntsville, and this is where I ended my patrol for the night.

Took off from Fort Bush; got a call from the LN...something about a Rogue Gunboat.
I says, 'Kay, and heads to Cali to help deal with it. Got to LA, found not one, but two Gunboats. No biggie though, we had a cruiser, coupl'a bombers, and a few fighters. We killed the first one, some BG|something. Then another GB showed, we killed the second one, I forget the name. As we were killing the third one, a Rogue Destroyer showed up. And some Fatcats. We killed the GB and went on to the cruiser. I got the kill. Guncam footage attached. Got my ship shot out from under me by BG|Starbuck, on of the bombers.
Note on him: Don't attack from the front...He's a good aim with that Supernova Cannon.

Capt. O'Brian an myself started out from Manhattan on what seemed like a quiet patrol around New York. Upon arriving back at Manhattan we were surprised to see a Rogue Gunboat sitting right on top Trenton. After trying to reason with the pilot, to no avail, we got some backup for the Navy. My Patriot was destroyed in the engagement but the gunboat was defeated.
Familiarize yourselves with our policy on Illinois. It's fairly simple. Anything not in the LPI gets shot down. You can find the official press release here.
