Apologies for delay, I am honored to receive Council Lieutenant rank, and I will wear it proudly as every Council pilot should.
This promotion allows me command one of Council capital vessels, the "Perilous" Council Gunboat.
Construction is finished, and crew is already assigned. We did few tests, and managed to install capital armor upgrade series class 7.
Pretty advanced for gunboats, but it is neccessary.
I will be commanding that gunboat under designation: [C]-CLN-Kersaint
Kersaint and it's crew is fully equiped and ready to start active duty for which we already reported Monsienur General.
That would be all.

Reporting in on few last encounters which I had.
I've met up with Colonel Du-Lac in Languedoc, where we met one Union Corse Pilot under designation Canard Rouge,
we had few words to exchange, so Monsineur took us to their Corse base in Dauphine for some chat in peace.
We discussed some important matters, like that incident in Languedoc few weeks ago, where it came to some fire exchange between SMP, Corse and some Brigands pilots. Colonel Du-Lac was pretty suprised when he heard this and said he needs to inform General and have a talk with SMP leaders.
Later on discussion switched to some resources for Council base, UC pilot offered their services in supplying our bases.
As we didn't exactly know what are current needs of our bases, we will inform Council Command, and get more details. To show good will, Corse pilots did gave us some gifts, luckly I was with Kersaint there, so I enough room to store those gifts.
They also had one Royalist gunboat pilot captured, we transfered him to prisoner cells on Kersaint,
and I took him to Montpellier guard station for further process when all was done.
We had pleasent chat with Union Corse pilotes, they will show valuable allies in future I am sure,
although they do deal with some things completely different then Council does.
I believe Colonel Du-Lac will have more detailed report on that event with SMP.
That would be all.

Messieurs Dames,
I went on a patrol sooner today, not much going on though.
I've met two civilians, names are ~Prior~ and No.Name, those where strange names but they told me they wanted to be in contact with the Maquis, our Shadow should I say, well, in a way.
Those they asked for my help, they happened to have been reported of a Gallic Royal Navy encursion in our home system, Champagne that is. I don't really like those people so I went to take the Royal navy fighters down. They happened to be only rookies and I made some prisoners. All ships were destroyed of course.
Here are attached files, those are showing the whereabouts of this patrol. First file Second file
After this elimination they docked for repairs and I went back to Reims Station.
And well I'll go back on a patrol, hope I'll see some Council members this time.

[color=#FFFFFF]Bonjour,
I had a great day yesterday when the captain of the gunboat Ardenne allowed me to come on his ship and even transfered the command to me. We went to a hunt in Lorraine and after shooting all the fighters and bombers that they sent, we had incoming Battleships on our scanners. Four of them to be exact... oh and eight cruisers as escorts. We also received some reinforcements; Gustave Mazuret and Alexander Du-Lac came to help us in their bombers. The mistake of the Royal patrols was that they didn't attack all at once so we had the possibility to focus on smaller groups. First we took out the cruisers and after that, the "fatties" like the sirians like to call them. I don't have visual recordings with all the battleships because we were damaged and the recording equipment was out of order but I do have high ranking prisoners. They were delivered on Chalons-en-Champagne Station.

[size=small] Bonjour,
I was patrolling in Burgundy, doing my duty. On my way checked the nearby stations to see what's going on. Planet Nevers was clear, then I went on to Dijon Station and there was a big suprise. I ran into a little fleet gathering at Dijon of course Navy ones. I tried to stay hidden to find out what they're preparing for but Lucie discoverd me. I knew there's no escape when the fleet reach me, but Lucie didn't let me go.
We started to fight and then Francis joined in too, but I managed to take out both of them with Supernova, before the fleet had reached me so I could escape.

[color=#ffffff]Bonjour, command;
Sgt. LeMaire, reporting the successful transfer of military ground vehicles from Planet Marne to Planet Quillan. Despite some Royal activity in the outskirts of Champagne, the voyage proceeded without incident or loss.
Ground crews are busy unloading the vehicles, and we will be underway shortly thereafter with a mixed load to return to Marne.
That is all for now.

[color=#FEEACC] Good day, pilots.
It has been a while since the last promotion round, but as you know - time is short even for such formalities. Therefore, without further ado here are the newest promotions:
Starting with the lower structure: Jean Claude Moreau, Gaston.Millard, Luc.McCloud and Julien Nanette - congratulations- you have all recived the Caporal rank, and are a full part of the Council Navy.
Adalbert d'Azayes, Vincent Moreau , Leon Devere, Monique Zacharie, d'Artagnan Allard and Celestin Rousseau are also to be congratulated, since they are now Sergents, due to their experience in the field.
Moving up on the ladder, Gustave Mazuret and Rene Descartes, who have been serving us for a long while, have both been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, due to commitment and value in the field. Congrats.
Further up, Henri Boucher is now a Captain. He has served the Council well, and his experience is invaluable to our ranks. Glad to have you with us.
And the final promotion, which is quite an important one: Nicole Blanchard, you are now a Commandant, and thereby part of the High Command. This is a prize with a great load of responsibility on your shoulders, but I am confident that you are more than up for the task.
That is all.
Quenneville, out.

[color=#FEEACC] Bonjour mon amis, salute General,
It is with pride that I speak before you today, for we have done our people proud. But, let me start from the beginning. I personally, was getting some rack time when the General called for us. A word has come of a Gallic Royal Navy wing assembling near Dijon Station. It didn't take us long to mount up and get our birds in the air.
The approach to Dijon seemed to last a lifetime, much like always when you know you'll be facing a GRN wing. Not because they are skilled pilots, but because you can expect for them to keep bringing reinforcements minute after minute. Worse than cockroaches I tell you. But forgive me, it is against me to insult anyone.
We saw, we fought, and we conquered... To some extent at least. Madam Nicole was on fire, and I mean both literally and symbolically. She took two of them down, before taking a few critical hits herself. Wing Leader Boucher was respectful and careful, but his tactical decisions were flawless. However, as some of them went down, more of them showed up. They came like on an assembly line.
In the end we were forced to retreat, sadly. But another victory for us, and yet another time that we show the Royalists that we win because we fight for something, for someone, not for vengeance, at least not only for that.
[color=#FFFFFF]Rousseau, out.
