Alison got up in a huff, walking over to the bar to fetch herself another drink.
"Gotta do eevverything yourself these days" She said quietly to herself. Ali smiled at Jason, ordering two more tequila shots, and looked over inquisitively at the new arrival. She swiped her neural net card, picked up her drinks and walked back over to Kane and Lavinia.
"So uh...what am I, not pretty enough these days?" She glared at him briefly, before seating herself and downing a shot. Ali smiled slyly at Kane.
"I'm afraid I can't let her leave here with you. Not alone, at least."
Kane yawned and opened his eyes slowly. His arm was still wrapped around Lavinia, the other slightly numb from laying above his head. He looked at Alison, who was near him.
"Bwuh?" he muttered, trying to recall what Alison had said. "Oh, uh, no offense, ma'am... but do you not trust me or something? Do I look that..."
She chuckles, looking over at the dazed pirate.
"Eh...I'd say so hun."
Alison slides her empty shot glass from hand to hand, looking at Kane with a half smile.
"Anyhow, she's.....well, mine, honey bun."
Lavinia shifted slightly, not opening her eyes. Her ears flicked forward, listening to the two as they talked, and Lavinia let out a small, relaxed sigh in her sleep.
A million dollars isn't cool. You know what is cool? A basilisk.
"How...how dare you!"
Alison ceases smiling, instead glaring daggers at Kane
"There are few...few things I despise, and rude folk is one of those things."
She picks up the empty glass, jostling it up and down, debating whether or not to throw it at Kane.
"I....excuse me hun, but did you...even listen?"
