The incentives in USI is that our transports were paid for their cargo, which would mean it came out of our banks. This is not a bad thing to us at all. In fact, we have things called "Assignments" that we put up in our private forums that act as a way for us to pay our transports for shipping IRP commodities (Water, Food Rations, Oxygen, etc.) to allied bases. So, we set up the same thing for this trial run.
It would be pretty cool, however, if the cargo needed on the battleship magically went up in price (depending on how much is needed [?]) in order to give an incentive to the independents.
Either way, we had fun and I believe those we hired had fun.
As for the quota, we had an assignment that had, I believe, an accumulated quota of around 600,000 cargo that had to be shipped to many bases. We did that in about a week, week and a half. Just wanted to throw other numbers at you and if you're interested in more details about that just PM me or contact me on Skype.

Kudos goes out to cannon. Thanks for the original idea. I had fun.
Not really Anne. I also support the general idea and enjoyed the interactions. It is just that the whole structure was very simple with lots of loopholes. I have some suggestions, if anyone is interested in reading them:
• Increase the total amount of goods to 1,000,000. It was expected to end in 7-10 days but it finished overnight.
• Find specific commodities which cannot be bought in Rheinland bases.
• Add a multiplier on commodities based on online players. Selling your commodities to Westfalen when the server has over 180 players to be x2 times more productive than having 150-180 players online. And if it is below 150 players to be x5 times less productive than having 150-180 players.
That is important because the absolute majority of Rheinland Law enforcers are Europeans while factions like USI are mostly based on US players so their "prime" times are different.
another two seperate runs with different commodities each time and incresed heavy-NPC activity of the Military would make a nice addition to this I think.
