A small bit of payback for the attack earlier today (sorry I missed it) I caught HF-Kayvesk trying to sneak through California. I headed him off at the Magellan Gate and turned his nice ship into salvage. Maybe a few hours drifting in space will help him realize that crime doesn't pay. Adamson out.

It has been several months since the injuries both to myself and my ship forced me to take leave and the healing process has been difficult. However, my cruiser is repaired and I would like to take back command at my former rank. The current state of affairs has changed but the noble cause of the Southern Alliance is ever constant. I formerly request re-enlistment at the rank of Captain and permission to start conducting patrols at the earliest possible time.
OOC: I was a member of SA back in March but circumstances forced me to quit the game(check pages 38-40 of this thread for proof of membership if you need such). I still have my characters upon return and it would be a shame to let them go to waste. If it's possible to start at my previous rank then that would be great, but I understand if I need to start over. Nice to be back and nice to see so many new faces.
Cardozo!! Glad to see you back on your feet. I don't see any problem with you coming back as a Captain. I recomend full reenlistment. As it stands we are short a captain or two... I would first like to welcome back Cardozo to the Southern Alliance, he has made a very good first impression on myself. I have talked to him a bit, and have decided to reenlist him as a commander. The reason for this descision is simple i like to know my officers, I'm glad that cardozo easily agreed. I know he will make a great addition to the team, so make him feel at home again.
Have the HF allied with Nomads?! I encountered a Nomad Gunboat outside Magellan JG to California sporting HF tags. I did not have time for combat pics for I was forced to maneuvre the fool off-position and slip into California. The Greenhorn did not even dent my new paint job:)

I cannot stress enough the urgencey of my reports on this new threat posed by the HF new "allies." My first official patrol I ran across the Nomad Gunboat I ran across the other day. To my horror, the Hf have now enlisted a Nomad fighter. Fortunately, I managed to take combat clips for our intel dept., and hope they are some use.
Regardless, it is a pleasure to report the SA-Lugnut is fully operational and on station for new orders.

My travelling was an experience to say the least. I travelled to all corners of Sirius, and all I encountered was destitution and suffering, brought about by pirates and unlawfuls. I'm only a half way through my travels right now, but I had to come back. I feel obliged to do my part, once again, against those that have brought injustice to Sirius.
Hence, I would like to request that my previous resignation be terminated and my contract reinstated. If accepted, my rank is completely negotiable. Feel free to start me at ensign, should you feel it necessary.

First, I wish to thank Command for their faith in me by promoting me to Lt.. I shall endeavor to prove my worth.
Today I took part in a system-wide chase of a HF in a Nomad fighter under the direction of SA-Magnum and Mitch Williams. We kept the bandit on the run for a time, but lost him at Alcatraz where he hid like a roach.
I also took part in combat excerises with Admiral Razr and our match was refreshing.
I ended my patrol with a salvage expedition for the Unit and can report success. I have, for the Unit's use, six Disinfectors 3 purloined from abandoned hulks. I hope they will serve us well.
