Well guess what, today he decided to hide his sorry behind from the law by running straight to Rochester. Because the person in question is a known terrorist who has committed multiple crimes in the past, inside Liberty, I did not take the time to deliver a pictorial evidence of his ID and IFF.

Well, I'm not ignoring you as I should be for failing to provide all of the required information. You assume that I will know all about this because of who the individual is. What I know and do not know is not up for discussion. One of your superiors in the high command recently threatened me with criminal action simply because of who I may or may not know.
At any rate, I will look into this one and if the fool is still on Rochester I'll have a chat with him. Keep in mind, I don't know this individual, you have given me nothing other than his name and not even provided evidence that he has committed a crime.

The Joker is a well-known criminal and terrorist. He comes into conflict with the forces of Liberty every time we meet in space, and acts as a rallying point for lesser criminals looking to elevate their status in the underworld by fighting alongside him.
I find it quite hard to believe that the defacto headman of the Junkers Congress hasn't once heard a whiff of the Joker's name, though admittedly, his antics are as much a joke as his name suggests. Nevertheless, he is a very well known criminal, having committed crimes that would take many hours to read out, if someone cared to compile a complete record.
Of all the people in Liberty, you should at least know of some of the most wanted men and women, so that you can step out of the way when they're being pursued by the forces.
This man and his ships will be barred from your bases. This isn't a discussion.

As for your utterly pathetic attempts at dragging your feet over this issue, it seems the terms you've layed out in this channel are somewhat limited. The man who was chased to your base is a known criminal. I'm very certain you are aware of this. This man recently (along with multiple other pirates and assorted filth, put my gunboat out of action in an engagement in New York.
You can imagine that I'm not too happy over the fact that people who I personally allow to trade within liberty despite their somewhat wavering allegiances are perfectly ok with a wanted (remember this man's head is worth a vast amount of credits to various people) criminal bringing considerable trouble to you so-called-neutral bases.

Individuals on the known criminal registry will have their docking rights removed if they are seen to be docking on your bases by liberty lawful forces under any circumstances.
Resisting arrest is considered a crime. The evidence required for this offence will be an image of the ship in question fleeing from our forces.
I will remind you that currently I am holding the Bounty Hunters on a leash regarding their ability to hunt Junkers in Liberty (claiming bounties from non governmental contractors). This was done on the ground that the Junkers are not regarded (as a whole) as criminals. The fact you still seem to be dragging your feet over the removal of The Joker's docking rights on your stations may convince me otherwise.

What you ask is done Admiral, I've even spoken with the Joker personally although it was not a very pleasant experience. There should be no more trouble there.........at least for you.
I want you to understand my position here and how disturbed I am by your little "foot dragging" comments. Is that what you call it when people try to protect their own? Is that how you protect your own? Yes, I know all too well about the Joker. Rather, I know all I need to know. I know that he is a goram psychopath. In all my travels to the border worlds and back, I've never seen one like him. There is no strung out Outcast Don, nor flesh hungry Corsair elder that can rival his psychotic nature. We never had an alliance with him, we simply did what was necessary to keep his sights off us. That is over now thanks to you, we have complied with your request. You just mentioned a naval gunboat that was destroyed by this man. If the mighty Liberty Navy cannot put him down can you really expect me to do any different?
I want to know one thing Admiral. What are you planning to do to protect us. Let's not kid ourselves here. Junkers..........are going.......to die .......because I did what you asked. What exactly are you going to do to protect us now that we have gone along with what you asked? The residents of Rochester are Liberty born citizens. Do they not matter to the navy? Just last week a Junker transport was attacked on a trade lane in New York of all places and a member of the primary fleet told me it was more important for hm to get his windshield cleaned than to protect the trade lanes. Is this what we can expect now Admiral? How many more people need to die?

I'm aware of the danger this places the Junkers in as a whole. It's regretable, but you have to understand the choice I'm faced with. The Joker, as you so rightly say, is someone whodoesn't bat an eyelid at taking a life, or several, or a hundred. The idea of him having a refuge in Liberty isn't one I can stomach, for the safety of everyone under the Republic's rule, not just the Junkers or Navy.
We will do what we can to alleviate the strain this places on you, however any sightings you get of him have to be reported directly and immediately to the Liberty forces. They will respond as quickly as is possible. I'll forward this message to my men as well as the LSF and police. I expect The Joker will attempt to lash back against the Junkers, and that's something I'm keen on stopping from happening.
I thank you for your cooperation on this matter and I understand better than most what it entails for the junkers as a whole. I appologise for having to resort to harsh wording to get my point across, but you understand your hesistance made me consider for just a moment that you might be on the loonatic's side.
The matter of the reviewed terms and conditions remains.
I think this is enough for you to see that we were in pursuit, and they used your installation to escape their fate. Your original conditions arent fulfilled, but I think we've already established that they were unreasonable and quite constrictive to the the course of justice.
We hope none of these names crop up again, especially the Joker.

[color=#FF7700]Hey there. Got another sucker for you here. So let me run this down for you real quick before I slap on some files. Well, basically. I was burning the skies looking for some action and sure did I find it. This "Elusive One" stupid name if you ask me, whatever, is a very known criminal. He has been helping out the Joker a lot, shooting many of us Navy folks. Not to mention Hale himself. Me and my boys brought this guy down badly, but he made his way towards Rochester and surely enough landed safely on those docks.
I got everything, the shooting, the warning and the candy.
