Innocence attempted piracy in Leeds at the Dublin jumphole and was killed by escorts (Hammer). ChoCho.Bambossa attempted piracy in Dublin but H.Washburne (Yorktown) delayed them until Clackamas got away.
Casualties:
None.
CEO Notes: "Everything went smoothly, other than lingering damage on the Clackamas due to previous ION storms. Sevyn stayed in line and followed orders, Hammer proved to be quite useful as an escort, Clackamas resumed the route as soon as possible and Yorktown arranged for a load of ore for him. H.Washburne and I rendezvoused with Clackamas (Hoban left before I did, I should have doubled back immediately) and H.Washburne managed to keep Clackamas from getting pirated in Dublin. We all met up at NL and H.Washburne scouted back to Manhattan.

"If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen."
There were two encounters from the same Pirate, known as The Raven in two places. The first being an encounter just outside of Freeport 10. There were no casualties as he was aboard his battleship, and luckily for us, he believes in a code of honor not to fire upon traders in a battleship.
The second encounter was near Trenton outpost at the very end of the convoy, this time he was piloting his gunboat. The outcome is unknown as I had other business to attend to.
Casualties: [*USI*]Clackamas[S]: His heart (Or lack there-of)
CEO Notes: "This being my first official convoy as a Supervisor, I decided to take a fairly simple route, being the Neon Route II which only had 2 stops. The outcome, however, was not as expected. There was a lot of horsing around, all of which was enough to cause the Captain of the Providence to depart from the convoy prematurely, his last known location was in Shikoku. There was also an unfortunate turn of events when I discovered a single unit of Human Organs, contraband aboard The Chicago. The Captain went on to tell us that it was needed to replace the heart that his ex wife stole. He was caught by the LPI on the way back, and the officer was kind enough to spare him and the heart and escort him to Planet Manhattan to have the heart checked out, and transplanted.
The outcome is noteworthy...as Mr. Gruzlund has seemed to lost his "grumpy bone"...and I'm not sure which is worse, having a headstrong Captain around, or a goody goody two-shoes..I'm thinking the latter.
On another note, an independent trader for Universal, named Marco Sevyn joined us as well, and seemed to show promise. I believe our Human Resources official is looking over his application now."

A very minor encounter. JANIKA was a Rogue Gunboat that was sighted near Ames Research Base in Kepler. The Rogue docked on Ames without incident and the convoy moved on.
Casualties:
(None)
CEO Notes: "We had a huge convoy this time. 9 USI ships, 3 independents joining us, so the total size of our group was 12. Managing a convoy of that size is not easy. It takes leadership, patience, knowledge, and perseverance. So whoever was the CEO of this convoy certainly deserves the most praise.
Brennan did a very very good job of scouting. Professional and focused the entire route.
Everyone else did good with the line order and running the route. The escorts didn't have anything to shoot at, but still were keeping track of all the transports, making sure to point them in the right direction and always were on the lookout for trouble.
Captain Steele of the Valhalla|Erebus is affiliated with Ageira and offered us a free escort in his IMG gunboat. Very generous indeed. He shot down dozens of rookie Outcasts and Golden Chrysanthemums along the way.
The route path was also very good and took us to some systems that don't get a whole lot of traffic like Orkney and Hokkaido.

CEO Notes: "I responded to a request from the USI Vice-President to bring needed supplies to help repair Freeport 2 from the collateral damage caused by a recent clash between the Liberty Navy and the Rhineland Military. I looked at our inventories from our bases and took note that we had sufficient reserves at Trenton Outpost and at Duluth Shipyard to fulfill the request. We delivered 15k units of Nanocapacitors and 15k units of Ship Hull Panels to Freeport 2 to help in their recovery efforts."
"We encountered Yoshida. in Texas while on our first run. Even after telling him this was a humanitarian mission, he still demanded money from our convoy. I paid him off so we could continue our mission, but it's a shame that even pirates have no dignity these days...."
"If they need anything else, just give me a holler, and I'll form up another convoy to get stuff out there to them!"

CEO Notes: "<This is my first report with the USI. Myself and George Allen of the Santa Fe embarked on our first mission today with the Clackamas Mentoring us from the back and the Raven taking point position up front.. All went smoothly except for a premature jump by the santa fe in the beginning and a slight misunderstanding of the convoy order. otherwise the run went smoothly and there were no losses of ships or cargo. >"
