Greetings, Esteemed Members of the Order High Command.

May I thank you for so graciously recieving and processing my request.

The Order and the Zoners have been fighting at eachothers side for many years now, We experience great loss and seemingly unattainable triumph together, We supported eachother against the Nomads, both at Freeport 11 and elsewhere.

I have been present for many of those battles, as you may know. My infallible Juggernaut has participated in many Nomad assaults upon Freeport 11 with both my fellow Zoner brethren and the Order's exemplary pilots. However, despite our sucess, I fear for the saftey of the citizens aboard my ship, nearly 1,500 in fact.
With increasing tensions with the BHG, I have ever more concern for them. The Aqulion Carrier was an original choice, however it is an aid to our explorer fleet, and defense is not its highest abillity. Therefore, I hereby request an Osiris from you. I am prepared to deliever all of the needed supplies and building material to aid in the construction process, along with the neccesary funding.

I will accept any restrictions you have, It will only be used for defense of our bases in the Omicrons, Mostly Freeport 11, and Freeport 9 more rarely. I will not enter any house space, nor encroach into the Tau sectors.

It will be the utmost of honor to fly one of your blessed warships, for the good of humanities battle with the Nomads. I see this as an even larger symbol of our continued alliance and trust of one another, a united front against the treatcherous Nomad threat that grows ever larger by the day...

as Order resources are very limited,
so it will require discussion with entire High Command,

Whilst your offer to provide resources is welcomed, we unfortunately have to refuse your request.

The Order made the mistake of giving the Corsairs the Osiris, something which I never supported, some time ago. It was a dark day and we had lost much. I hope not to repeat the mistake.

We do not wish to damage relations, but this is one offer we have to refuse.

Also, for future reference, the Osiris is a stealthy strike battleship, not something used actively for defence. I would recommend retro-fitting your Juggernaut as per the plans I am sending you now.
