Shinji Takeda, after much deliberation High Command have decided to provisionally allow all Independent Neuralnet Division trade ships travel rights through Hiroshima, in order to get to and from Oita, on the condition that a further fee of 100 million credits be paid.
The I.N.D vessels will be subject to the same terms and flight restrictions as your own Renzu ships ' with the exceptions of [IND]Bulls'n'Bears and [IND]The Grey Fox, who may dock for trade purposes.
