I have a question concerning base destruction and rules. Is, by the rules, any sort of RP reason to destroy a base needed? As far as I can see, 'I'm bored' or 'I can't dock' is a sufficient reason to destroy someone's base, even if it's affiliation is friendly to you.
So, should some RP rules about base seiges and destruction be implemented?
FLHook could easily be made to record who blows up the base. Currently there is very little rule oversight on playerbases. That said, any completely OORP attacks are definitely going to be covered by server rules about engagements. No KNF should be blowing up a Kishiro base without good reason. No GC should be blowing up a BD base without good reason, etc. Caught doing so, you should report them for it.
If FLHook can record it then it seems to me like you could do another server statistics page listing destroyed bases and killed by, since chances are the base owner isn't going to be around when it's destroyed.
For instance if I was Joe Liberty and have a base in Texas thats permitted and paid for and log in one day to find it gone, check the list only to find out it was blown up by the LNS-LolWhut then I might want to alert an admin.

By a strange coincidence, this is exactly what happened to me, and I submitted the report, but the indie who blew up a Kishiro base for no reason then docked on another Kishiro base 7k away was overlooked and not sanctioned. So, by that, only thing we can conclude is that anyone can blow up any base without and sanction, right?
