(ooc: would not call it a loss. seems more of a stalemate up to server crash. I was first to engage SCRA LF with an Impaler in attendance, I survived and with reinforcements we had them on the run. Then they lost 1 bandit making it 1-1. Their LF was mugged but they brought in a Talon and then GB. All this time we were in fighters and almost all of us green to the gills. I concur, we need training but we are not losing. Overall, all these engagements make us stronger. We lose only if we accept defeat!)

Sirs, I am wondering what our stance in this war is. What lengths should we go to assist the SA, I know we should help defend SA space, but should we help with offensive military operations, and to what extent?
Also I would like to volunteer to help with a training wing of the SF. I would help however you see fit.

I concur with your reasoning. It could have been more correctly called a "blow." However, it did look (towards the end of the battle [OOC: before reset]) that SF's forces were starting to degrade more quickly with the arrival of a gunboat and the loss of another ship. We can still fight against these SCRA, and hopefully train ourselves to be better than they are.

Training
Due to the fact that training exercises seem to be a popular idea, I am going to compile a list of different things that we can use to all train. This will be a cumulative list of what can be used, and who wants to participate in each exercise/wargame. For example, if there is someone who is good with certain fighters, and knows how to load them and fight with them, they can head up a fighter training group. However, I believe that it would be beneficial to get everyone's opinions on strategies so that we can greater diversify our combat ability.
I will compile this list and post it here when I get the chance. I will also try to work with our allies so that we can keep Bretonia a very safe house.

If SA call upon on our aid, provide it. But our primary responsibilities are in Bretonia. Liberty should be able to handle its internal affairs without requiring our assistance. If anyone needs an offensive target, there's plenty of Kusari warships in Tau-31 to deal with.
(OOC: If they ask for our help provide it but in terms of their fight with the HF they shouldn't be asking for our help similarly with their fight against the Order. We're not an active participant in their war much like how SA is not an active participant in the Bretonia-Kusari war. If you see SA and HF fighting in California and SA has not requested aid then do not proceed into Liberty space. However, assisting against common pirates or hostile groups is perfectly fine. Just keep in mind that our responsibility is to Bretonia and SA's is to Liberty)
Last thing is that for the next week or so I'll be bogged down with special paper work desired by the Queen describing SF's operations. I'll not be as available to respond to inquiries, so my apologies if next week my answers appear short and brief. (OOC: Paper due with lots of work still to go:()

Completed equipment gathering from outer systems but was engaged by a TBH fighter in the Unknown just prior to completion. Didn't quite like the short passage taken through Gamma. Well next time, he might think twice and just let us be. Fighter was destroyed by denonating his own nuclear mine. My shields were taken out by the blast and my ship suffered some hull damage but was very much operational. A passing Corsair patrol managed to pick up the TBH's life pod before the arrivial of several nomad fighters. Nomad samples were obtained for further study at CRS.

Union of Gold ship Positron was encountered in Bretonia today and asked to leave Bretonia. However, after insisting that he was forced to be a Molly, he engaged our ship. Luckily, the gunboat was not able to do much damage to the Sierra, and as such, the gunboat was promptly destroyed.

Our current standing with the Hellfire Legion allows them to pass through Bretonian systems, preferably with SF escort. If their stay tends to be prolonged, make sure you know exactly what their business is, and ask them to leave Bretonian space ASAP. If they are committing illegal actions in Bretonia, or refuse to listen to SF requests, then engagement may be necessary. However, on the topic of a prolonged stay, we can also contact HF high command to ensure that this does not happen again.
