So a while ago, this spastic guy posted a thread asking for help with some audio software and then made a tribute song for Bear with his guitar.
I thought "Joe is gonna be pissed off that Bear got a song and he didnt", so here is a tribute song to Joe-the-Admin, played and sung entirely by.... ME!!!!1
Its recorded using the Audacity software. Three tracks are played on my favorite accoustic african steel sting guitar which my daddeh bought in Kenya in 1963. The bass guitar is simulated by lowering the pitch by 50% (one of the audio software's effect functions) which makes everything sound one octave lower. 3 tracks of electric guitar were done with a IbanezRG series, a Zoom500 multi-effect, and wah. 3 tracks of oohs and aahs, trying to sing the lyrics sounds painfully ****ty with my voice so I spared you that. 2 tracks of percussion using my Jembe which I bought in Ghana a few years ago.
I think you just about made my week with that. Never have I been caught out in a less appropriate ship than that video. Thanks for reminding me of that one, it was fun. Nicely played guitar as well... Respect.
Yes, a song about Freelancer. Even better, it's a symphonic metal band. Ticks every single box, IMHO. Except for you 'blokes' who like rap...:P
"Freelancer Alpha dash niner, this is Freeport 7 control, You are cleared for departure. Good luck out there."
