Who's in the wrong?

First off, I'm a noob at this server (I admit it) having only played for a few days;)
So, I was happily trading when my scanner detected "A guy" A simple scan detected that he had a pirate AND a freelancer ID!
So, heart pounding, I changed to my Gunboat Char (RH ID) to demand that he fixed it (My first demand, so exited)
He fired upon me!! Fair as fair i fired back! Took a while but he died in the end... I got his pirate ID as a drop!
WTF!

"Screen shot taken reported" I got from him before he well, went...

I changed char BEFORE he even spoke so... I don't think I was In the wrong but...

What doya think?

go to the Discovery 24/7 RP server thread, then to the rule violations, make a thread there if you want to report it.

I apologise for the ID situation...I purchased a Pirate ID and obviously wasnt concerntrating, and forgot to sort them out. I was unaware of this until I saw this topic. However, you could have just as easily told me about it while on your trader character, and I would have postponed taxing until it was sorted..perhaps forgetting to tax you out of gratitude. From my point of view, it seriously looked like you where switching to retaliate, and there was plenty of time between my tax demand and your f1.

Adding this so Called " Story"

does not get the job done, it makes it harder for the admin and moderators, to sort out all the flaming.

Dont do it, follow what Hoodlum our moderator is telling you or the Violation will go unpunished.
