HOW the current Gallic Unlawfuls treat Outcast within Gallia and where Outcasts are allowed to dock, which factions are inRP intrested in Cardamine and work with Outcasts?
I am thinking about some smuggling but I don't want to travel into deep gallia space and find out that the guys who i wanted to trade with will kill me:D
So far, Gallic unlawfuls such as the Union Corse don't like the Outcasts. The Gallia underground have their own version of Cardi, called NOX. They don't want cardamine because it will affect NOX sales. So yeah, Gallics don't like Outcasts.
As for interested parties. A lot of people. Some rich buck on Gallia's probably looking for another way to get high.
If you want a smuggling faction that deals Cardamine to Gallia. I suggest the 81-Syndicate.
OK so I can get the UC off my list of constomers I see? I would like to someone from La Brise or [UC] to post here if they share the opinion above - cardamine for you is a nono?
and the rest...I believe there is more then this and some of the factions I believe do work with the Outcasts.
Also I am gonna smuggle them myself so I won't ask or join anyone:DXTF ftw.
LaBrise is hostile to Outcasts, don't even bother. About [UC], I'm not sure about their stance towards Cardamine. They like Outcasts, from what I gathered from their actions, but dunno about their stance to Cardamine. Could be good, let's wait for Implo to post here. 8|
But Cardamine is coming into Gallia...the Corse is desperately trying to keep it out and control the black market, however I think the Brigands may be trying to open up new smuggling routes much to the dismay of the Corse.
In the past, before 4.86, the +LE+ (Offical Brigands for those who dont know) used to ship it along with other brigand groups. However at those times there were no sell points in which to make a profit on such.
Brigands as a whole is a difficult nail to hit the head on as for many different points of view onto such.
You wont get shot for shipping it by brigands for the most part, but I could be mistaken.

Junker freeports I guess... Corse hate them, Council doesn't trust them, Brigands are so splintered it is impossible to say. Law hates them and I doubt the Maquis care about the Outcasts.
EDIT: Brigands bases have some decent cardamine buy prices
