Missions and Tags

Why is it that no matter how many missions I fly for the Bounty Hunters, I am unable to get them to the top of my Friendlies list? I'm stuck with Daumann as a tag at present and I've hardly flown any missions for them. I guess this is because I've flown mainly against the Hessians so far. Do I have to fly around aborting missions for all the NPCs above the bounty hunters in my friendlies list?

yes. killing anything always makes it much more difficult to get the tag you want.


best to get tag then kill.

I've had this problem before,,the only way I found to correct this is to fly to a Dauman base, then take missions then imediatly abort the missions until they dropfrom your tag. It may take a few missions . Hope this helps.:)

If you want to get friendly with only the group you're taking missions for, do -not- take ANY kill ship missions. Stick to the assassination and destroy/tractor loot ones. Those missions will make only the Bounty Hunters happy (or whichever faction you're taking missions for)

Epyon - I know, but there are about 15 NPCs above the BHs...... ("sigh", putting on hiking boots)
