Some changes from the previous map:
1. Hispania systems replaced with Outcasts and Corsairs.
2. Orkney, Lewis, Edinburgh, Tau-31, Tau-44 and Roussillon are now under the control of Gallia.
3. Tau-29 is split between Gallia and Kusari.
4. Pennsylvania is now Independent system (it was a Liberty system) under Liberty protection. At least this is what Wiki says.
5. Omicron-82 is now Edge System from Hispania System.
6. Omicron Beta is now an Outcast System from Hispania.
7. Bastille is now a Prison System from Gallia.
8. Omicron Lambda is now a Corsair System from Edge World.
9. Omega-58 is now a Nomad System from Edge World.
10. Faroe is now Edge World form Bretonia. Gallia is not interested and now Faore is the new home of the Gaians.
It is not finished yet. I will need more info ' corrections from admins, modders, old and new players who know more about zoi and owners. Feel free to tell me any mistakes I have to fix or any new things I have to add / change.
If I gather the ZOI of all the factions / houses, I will make different small maps for each of them.
- Dresden is a Rheinland core system so it should be coloured as such.
- On the basis that Omega-58 is a Nomad system (it's actually a Wilde system) then Tau-117 should similarly be labelled a Nomad (Wilde) system. Tau-117 is a Wilde base.
- There is no Bretonian presence in Tau-117.
- Dublin is a Bretonian system.
- Pennsylvania is a Libertonian system.
- There is no Outcast presence in Dublin, New London, or Cambridge.
- There is no Rheinland or Corsair presence in Omega-54 - it's the Red Hessian guard system.
- The Corsairs are present in Hoshu (see: NPC spawns).
- There is not really a KNF presence in either Sigma-19 or 13; it is GMG space.
- There is no Nomad presence in Omicron-74. (Zoner Guard system.)
- There is no Bretonian presence in Omega-5. It's a warzone between the Hessians and Corsairs.
- There is no Outcast or Corsair presence in Chugoku.
- There is no Outcast or Corsair presence in Sigma-59. (GMG Guard system.)
- There is no Outcast presence in Tottori, Rishiri, Nagano, or Tohoku.
- There is no Kusari presence in Tau-23. It should be Borderworlds plus Gallic and Outcast stripes.
- Tau-37 should have an Outcast stripe.
- Tau-29 should be Borderworlds plus Gallic/Kusari/Outcast stripes.
- Tau-31 should be Borderworlds plus Gallic/Bretonia/Outcast stripes.
- There is no Rheinland presence in Duesseldorf. (Unioner Guard sytem.)
- There is no Corsair presence in Newcastle (I think).
- Tau-44 should be Borderworlds plus a Gallic stripe.
- Roussillon should be Borderworlds. No Gallic stripe since the House colour does not necessarily include unlawfuls or semi-lawfuls.
NPC spawn and bases don't define ZOI, geography does. I agree that Guard systems are immune to foreign ZOI; only lawful guard factions should be within the ZOI of the parent house, and that is all.
' Wrote:- There is no Bretonian presence in Tau-117.
It neighbors Newcastle which is a core house system, so it is within the ZOI. Wild come and go through that connection, and while the Bretonians haven't exercised their option to do so the option is there for them to come and go as they choose.
Quote:- Pennsylvania is a Libertonian system.
It's a BW system that is contested by Liberty. It should be half BW and half Liberty.
Quote:- There is no Outcast presence in Dublin, New London, or Cambridge.
core house systems are within the ZOI.

Neighbors to Honshu, core house system
Quote:- There is no Bretonian presence in Omega-5. It's a warzone between the Hessians and Corsairs.
It neighbors against Cambridge which is a core house system. BAF players go there all the time, pushing Corsair attacks back to their rock.
Quote:- There is no Outcast or Corsair presence in Chugoku.
Same as Honshu, it borders the Sigmas and is therefore within their ZOI. They don't go there but they CAN go there.
Quote:- There is no Outcast presence in Tottori, Rishiri, Nagano, or Tohoku.
Rishiri is a core house system so it is included. The other three should be stripped.
Quote:- There is no Kusari presence in Tau-23. It should be Borderworlds plus Gallic and Outcast stripes.
Tau-23 neighbors Kyushu and has had Kusari patrol traffic in the past. It is still within the ZOI even though Kusari has ceded police authority to Gallia.
Quote:- There is no Rheinland presence in Duesseldorf. (Unioner Guard sytem.)
Neighbors Koeln
Quote:- There is no Corsair presence in Newcastle (I think).

You're talking about geography in space? Irrelevant. Proximity does not necessarily imply ability to impose authority.
(Tau-117)
It neighbors Newcastle which is a core house system, so it is within the ZOI. Wild come and go through that connection, and while the Bretonians haven't exercised their option to do so the option is there for them to come and go as they choose.
I'm pretty sure only the Wilde know where the Jump Hole is inRP. Even if the BAF or BIS went in there, it would be a death sentence.
(Pennsylvania)
It's a BW system that is contested by Liberty. It should be half BW and half Liberty.
Contested. By who? The Xenos? Get real. Read the infocards, it's completely policed by Liberty. Note the Battleship and LPI-operated stations.
(Outcasts in Bretonia)
core house systems are within the ZOI.
Outcasts only really pass through Bretonia for the purpose of smuggling. On that note, I believe you've been a bit liberal with their Kusari ZoI, too. Debatable.
(KNF in the Sigmas)
Neighbors to Honshu, core house system
The GMG signed a treaty with Kusari essentially securing certain parts of the Sigmas in proximity to their bases as their own sovereign territory. This applies for these two systems, and is why Sigma-17 is a Samura hot-spot - they're trying to muscle in on the Sigma region's resources... Debatable.
(BAF in Omega-5)
It neighbors against Cambridge which is a core house system. BAF players go there all the time, pushing Corsair attacks back to their rock.
Those are raids launched into regions outside of a faction's ZoI. There is a saying about the best defence... Omega-5's geopolitical balance has remained much the same since vanilla.
(Casts/Sairs in Chugoku)
Same as Honshu, it borders the Sigmas and is therefore within their ZOI. They don't go there but they CAN go there.
The Blood Dragons would kill Corsairs on sight and most Outcasts would be refused entry. Do you know anything about BD lore?
(Outcasts in Kusari)
Rishiri is a core house system so it is included. The other three should be stripped.
I'll not disagree with you on that one, but see the comment where I feel you're too liberal with the Outcast ZoI.
(KNF in Tau-23)
Tau-23 neighbors Kyushu and has had Kusari patrol traffic in the past. It is still within the ZOI even though Kusari has ceded police authority to Gallia.
In hindsight there are actually KNF patrolls at the Kyushu gate, so the Kusari ZoI stripe should be returned. My bad.
Edit: Wait, I was thinking of Tau-29. I keep my original stance that there is no KNF presence. They have no way of accessing the system. The Jump Hole is swarming with Outcasts and GC on each side, and using the Gate/Lane path would be a direct violation of the peace treaty with Gallia. They may have been there in 4.85, but they're gone now.
(RM in Duesseldorf)
Neighbors Koeln
Hostile Guard system. Enough said. They don't go there. About as sane as taking a LN ship into Alabama. To quote your own words: "I agree that Guard systems are immune to foreign ZOI; only lawful guard factions should be within the ZOI of the parent house, and that is all."
(Sairs in Newcastle)
Bretonia core house system
See comment about being liberal with the Hispanic ZoI. Debatable.
I agree with the rest of his comments
Oh, progress. Good.
Edit: A thought about Connecticut; not technically a Liberty system since it exists outside of the Roleplay environment, much like Bastille. Perhaps you might like to use a custom icon to denote it being the open PvP arena commonly used for practice.
Edit 2: Not sure if I said it earlier, but that's a nicely made map, Cdys.
It's not a house system. Calling it a house system is a lie. Zoners can dock there. [LN] cannot shoot transports there. Do you want a map that is based in reality or hope and fantasy?
