1.2 Server administrators will impose sanctions on players for violating server rules and for any actions that harm server gameplay.

Consequences
Stripped of official status. Frankly we've had enough. Trolling the Rote Front including stealing their faction tag, malicious reporting, your OORP hate towards the Hessian factions. Plus a litany of smaller crimes.

Ah I saw this one coming with all the bad things I kept hearing about the faction around the forums. Frankly, not surprised. I am a member of the group, part time really and not directly involved with any of the incidents that have transpired... do I loose anything now that the faction has gone under (ships, money, etc) or is this just stripping of status and loss of privileges for the group?

All that is lost is anything connected to the official status. Privileges, and so forth. The faction may continue, as it is but in an unofficial capacity.

Why has the faction been stripped of its official status for actions committed by players who previously were members of this faction? I will not say anything of other people, but i admit myself to have made a faction called the Rois de Franceis with the tag [RF] close to two years ago.

Now when i revived it but yet didnt play on those characters for several weeks (may have been months) Kruger is blamed for it. I am not an actual member of kruger, have not been playing my characters for quite some time, therefore i do not consider myself a member. I know, for a fact, that you are stripping kruger of its official status because of mainly myself, and two other individuals, which i prefer to keep unnamed unless they choose to speak up themselves. I am quite sure they know themselves of whom i speak.

As I said, I "stole" the faction tag by reviving a two year old unofficial grn faction. The malicious reporting I still disagree with beeing applicable to a 1.2, seeing as it has no repercussions within the game itself, however, it is of no or little consequence.

But lastly, my oorp hatred towards the hessian factions. I do not, and i will not agree to this. Sure, there have been disagreements, but one of the first friends i gained in discovery is in the hessians, and quite a high "rank" as well. It appears as if some people cannot distinguish the difference between ingame, inrp, hatred and "proper" hatred. Sure, i dislike their playing style, but as far as i am aware, there is no rule about disliking other individuals of the community.

Yet I will ask you, ban me and give kruger back its official status. I stopped playing this game over a month ago for the specific reason that people take it too seriously, too often. I will not excempt myself from the "people" of which i speak. I am sure a lot of people will attempt to troll me over this message, but i assure you, it is yet again pointless.

And I will, finally, ask you one other thing. Don't attempt to sanction people for things which are not in the rules, not even with your "Generic sanction rule" - 1.2. It makes you look quite needy, and extraordinarily stupid, and yet, this is why you are currently killing the community.
