Communists still need supplies, and the IND have positioned themselves as the best at specialty supply. We have made ourselves very very useful to the SCRA.
Yep, and Even the Soviet Union had economic partnerships.
China and Hong Kong are a good example of the relationship. Consider Zhukovsky a SAR for the purposes of isolating trade away from the civilian population
I see. Anyway, I gave up on Disco, so I don't see why I even asked. Thank you for your time and answers, it is very appreciated from my part.
EDIT: I think it's the ''Richer than you'' part of the IND ID that bugged me in this relationship, anyway. I forgot to mention it earlier, since I was on a rush at college.
Proud member of the ''Gank as a valid tactic'' group.
Ye well the thing is, the SCRA may need supplies but why exactly from the faction that is a symbol of ruthless capitalism, indeed having the phrase "richer than you" on its ID, instead of some small firm or sympathizer movement? The exact same question came up to me, but I think it's easy to reply.
Alvin came with the Soviet Union as a parallel example which is a logical choice, so I'll use that again. The SCRA, just as much as the Coalition or the Soviet Union is not the perfect incarnation of communism, they're all aggressor dictatorial regimes flying under the flag of equality and good. I could come up with the thousand times heard argument of "how awesome communism would be if it could materialize", so it's entirely justified.
But why exactly the IND? Obviously because they sell all the stuff the Coalition needs at the cheapest possible price. Why don't these models of communism care about the IND's reputation and what they represent in general? Because their leaders (as all people in leadership, communism or not) care more about their budget than idealism.
Why doesn't the common folk object then? An extract from a movie comes into my head, anyone seen "Goodbye Lenin"? Basically, a few guys make their dying, communist mother believe the DDR (or GDR, you Westerners) keeps on living after it was dissolved, and when all the Coca Cola ads start flying around, they simply say it's because the westerners are attracted by the awesomeness of communism!
Hence, I wouldn't use the argument of "communists need supplies," rather the "communists are human too" one.
Totally makes sense in-RP imo, even if no one actually had this line of thought before.
This is in relation to the three posts I have just removed from this thread:
The reason why posts are disappearing here is because flamebaiting is not allowed. If only thing you have to say is what amounts to "you gank, fu", then I am sorry but that will not fly. Constructive criticism please.
In short: flaming and trolling = no bueno. Moderators say so.
Sorry Blodo, but removing negative feedback from your own faction is ***. The point stands.
But when it's "don't gank, it's bad for 2 official factions to make such a stupid gank in a fighter fight where scra was ain't even invited at because it's BHG| vs Order|" it's Q_Q and surly must be invised
If you don't like to see bad words being said about your faction - avoid ganks from your side and not interfere in fights where you where not welcomed at. This server surly wasn't made for bragging about bluemessages at forum, but as community of people who enjoying the game and it's story. So, scra ganks aren't making more fun for others but scra itself. Not a good move for faction that is invite only and supposed to show an example of fairplay and RP for others and not abuse it's rp and ID to lol around sirius.
Point one. If you have feedback against the Order, post it in the relevant thread.
Point two. I was the Order in charge there, and I called the SCRA because we were outnumbered by the BHG at that time. When the odds became stacked in our favor, I asked the SCRA and various Order independants to withdraw (without even knowing about the battlefield, as I was dead.)

You explained the reasons for it to be posted here. Thanks.
I was at that fight too Curios and it wasn't gank, sorry. Order admiral got killed while he was trying to remove order indies that just stumbled upon it.
Also I edited your post to remove the stuff that is flamebaiting. If you put it back in or post it again, I will just lock this thread and send you a warning. Again, constructive criticism and not "your faction sucks kthx".
