I send you this transmission today to bring you a report on the activity of certain individuals whom I believe are not acting in the best interest of the Outcasts in general, and their actions threaten both the Lane Hacker and Hellfire operations in Megellan.
I directly observed a group of Outcast pilots attacking and pirating Trade vessels and friendly ships in Megellan. Among those they demanded money from was a member of the Junker Congress known as the .:j:.Crow's_Nest and a young pilot who was trying to make enough credits to purchase a ship from the Outcasts. I know for certain they shot down the young pilot when he did not meet their demands and openly made a claim at one point that "Rogues,Lane Hackers, and Junkers" were their enemy even though they are supposed to be allies.
One of the toublesome aspects is their beliefe that Megellan is theirs to do with as they wish and that it is not the territory of either the Lane Hakers or the Hellfire Legion. There have been several statements from these pilots that they can do what they want, when they want, and no one can do anything about it.
At one point some of their operations even drew attention to the location of Mactan when they were scouted by a member of the Liberty Navy.
I have had a conversation with a member of the Liberty Rogues and was told that these individuals have had a violent encounter with the LR and were making relations in the area worse for us. Attached below is some of what survived of recorded and holographic evidence, due to an altercation with one of their more rude and disrespectful members.

You will not purchase an Outcast destroyer. You will return the Tridente gunboat to the Outcasts, and you will return all of your Outcast weaponry as well as your IFF transponders. Gentlemen, you are not Outcasts, you're just a couple of fools who managed to find a couple of salvaged IFF transponders.
