Gudden- Hallo good Unioners of Rheinland. Please allow me to address myself as Leo van Pelt, representing a group of Junkers called the "Colts". We're primarily a paramilitary group concerned with the defenses of Junker installations, and incursions on various trouble-making groups that threatening the Junker ways. That being said, we do also smuggle, which is why I'm coming to your fine group today with both an offer and request.
We have access to a fair sum of treasure, but as I said we are able to supply you with just about any commodity you require if that speaks better towards your movement. Apologies for not prefacing this with a delivery in good-will, but as of yet we are not aware of your requirements. Anything, ranging from engine parts to computers, trade lane downloads and barmaidens can be brought to your fine stations.
We eventually wish to seek from your fine group access to your fine weaponry, and perhaps a handful of ships. See, while Junker technology is second to none in regards to moving goods discreetly across the verse, it does come up short when facing off against aggressors that do not see reason and diplomacy.
Good day, I'm member of 'Green Flower', one of numerous organisations within AGS. I've noticed your request and passed it to our leader, Anika 'Aster' Moritz, although she's damn drunk, so can't answer it.
So I took freedom of talking myself... We're both businessmen, so I assume you're aware nothing comes for free.
So, hm.... I think I could "loan" 15 "Protectors" from our storage, if you really need. For price of 15,000,000 of credits in total. Of course Anika shouldn't know anything, or she'll break off my neck.
Although ships may be harder, I'll remind Aster about them, however... I'd like to find out some things, mostly... Why're you, Junkers, willing to use outlaw ships? Trust me, Rheinwehr won't like that definately. Liberty too. And GMG... So you'll just break your neutrality?
Furthermore, construction cost for Arbeiters is very hard. Depending on your answer, I could arrange something, though.

Mr. Hoffman;
I'd like to thank you for your prompt reply, and your offer of 15 Emitters. As I mentioned earlier, cash is not a problem for us. Please let me know as to where your asked amount should be sent to.
Your question about neutrality is a good one, one that has been long discussed. We've sat by over the years, watching fed up as Junkers are stepped on and bases raided, with nothing but ineffective words coming from our Congress. We decided enough was enough, and that someone had stand up and shoot troublemakers, not talk down to them and hope it'll all just go away.
The specific problems you mentioned will be dealt with by laying low, not being seen. After all, we all able to fly trains loaded down with illegal goods through the houses unseen. Hiding a few fighter craft 'shant prove to be much of a challenge.
You mentioned the high construction costs of these ships. I am unaware of their internal designs, only stories of their fearsomeness in battle. Apologies for being a broken record, but if anything is needed for these, or anything else, we will be able to acquire it.
Well, as far as I know, smugglers use freighters more often, to fool docking ring controllers and adminisatration, as it's more efficient - all trains are usually checked while on mooring fixture.
Concerning your neutrality... Whom are you going to shoot? I know, 1-3 Arbeiters aren't that many, although I'd not be glad to gain more enemies and less possible "business parthners".
Ah, yes, and transfer your cash to AGS-U|Alec.Hofmann

The groups we planning on actively seeking out are the Xenos of Liberty, along with the Hogosha and AFA of Kusari. Add to that the troublemakers at various Junker bases, and the endless fleets of infected [RM] forces in the Sigmas, and it starts to add up.

The small donation you asked for was just recently wired to your account. If I had not already told you this, the ships we fly all go under the Colts| tag.
*Schuster steps in front of the camera, doffing a white skirt spattered with stains of fresh blood*
Apologies for not replying earlier to you, but I was very busy tracking down some missing equipment, and the investigation is continuing even as I speak. *screams can be heared from an adjoining room. Schuster raises an eyebroe, hits a button on his desk and a door closes, shutting the noise down*
Now to business Herr van Pelt, you are looking to buy weapons and combat vessels from our group? As much as I am a reasonable man and very much obliged to condict a good business deal when it offers itself, I have several reasons to to grant your request right away.
You must know, we have had difficulties with Junkers in the past, not with your group in particular, but still. As you certainly know, the Unioners claim the entirety of the blood diamond trade between Rheinland and Liberty for themselves. Now, some smugglers, and the Junkers in particular kind of refuse to oblige with our reasonable request that any and all ships hauling and diamonds leaving Rheinland have to moor at Pacifica Base to be inspected and taxed by our co-workers.
You see, this really isn't a one-sided deal at all, since all transports checking in at Pacifica can count of the support of our Patrols in Bering and Hamburg, and I'm sure you know how dangerous these Systems can be if you don't have friends and many a ship refusing to...accept our help has vanished in the huge asteroid fields...
If something could be done to improve this situation we would be much obliged to part with some guns and ships. I'm willing to listen to suggestions here, the less buerocratic, the better. We already have some regulations regarding this issue, but those are suboptimal, especially for the ones on the receiving end...
I'm curious for your suggestions and hope to be hearing from you soon again.
If you'd now excuse me, I have a interrogation to conclude...

Mr. Schuster, let me start by saying it is a pleasure to speak with you sa.
Your talk of these export tariffs is worrying to me. Not so much from a point of view from the Colts, but other smugglers and Junkers. The core principle of Junkers is freedom and profitability, hence most, if not all fly about as masters of their own ships, not answerable to a chain of command. I mention this to say, it is simply not possible for any one Junker to command others.
Your export tariff for Hessian diamonds is far from unreasonable. Profitable for all sides, as a matter of fact, if you can guarantee the safety of the various jumpholes in the Bering and Hudson systems. My suggestion is to create a channel on the Neural Net advertising these tariffs, adding better rates for those who pre-pay. If this were in place, I've no doubt any educated grouping of Junkers will bat an eyelash when your men.....let's say, aggressively collect these tariffs from individuals who refused to pre-pay.

Those are indeed some nice toys you brought us there. Nice to be able to rearm ones fighter knowing there is enough ammo in store to do it again and again.
Now, I believe we still have some business to conclude. I tell you what, you get us another shipment of that ammo, one shipment of small arms, one shipment with MOX and three nuclear devices and we'll give you as much Protector Neutron cannons as you can carry away.
If our ongoing negotiations with the congress go as well as I hope they'll be going, we'll be talking about ships.

I believe we both have a deal, and several completed shipments. Side arms,Munitions,Mox and 30 nuclear devices should keep your operations going for quite some time. I was a tad confused by your request of only 3...if these were too many, they're always useful for taking down larger ships.
I'm sending this from your docking bays. If there's some kind of contract you needed signed in person, I'm about.
