[font=Century Gothic][color=#FFCC99]Bonjour, mes amees.
First of all, merci for the promotion. I will do my best to help leading the Council to successfully overthrowing the blue bloods.
I am currently in the repair bay, since my ship received several critical shots and most of the systems malfunctioned. However, the yesterday's encounter with the Royals was a success. Several fighters went down, 2 of them by my hand.
Unfortunately, when facing a lieutenant of the GRN, my ship got crippled severely.
Luckily enough, I don't have a scratch. But the arm that got hit when saving the Gaian a few months back still hurts. I think the stitches are torn. I will have to check in with the medical teams soon to have them take a look at it.
But moving on, another successful hit and run attack is behind us.
I am proud to be fighting along your side, pilots.

Mesdemoiselles, Mesdames et Messieurs.
First of all I'd like to thank you for my promotion.
Yesterday I went out of La Marne for a little patrol and fly to Burgundy as fast as I could as my galactic radars showed me there were GRN activity... Well couldn't find them though... Except for some rookies who I delivered directly to La Marne. I went near ship wrecks.
Respectively named Leclercke, Brave and Destin. The first and the last were from the council, there wasn't much left except some tobacco on the Leclercke and I can assure you I made good use of it.
Later on Colonel Du Lac joined me. We both made to Macon Base.
Not much going on last night.

Mesdemoiselles, Mesdames et Messieurs..
I'm kind of late for my reports, Got three right now.
Let's beggin with the first one
Patrol 6E336GT6.
This one was really just and advance scouting party, I've met Colonel du Lac once more while coming for a patrol. We both went to the Burgundy System as our scanners were detecting a newly mounted Royal Navy Regiment, La troisième flotte. First time I saw them really, well there seemed to be one of their flagship, a Valor, If I remember well it was the Maronne. We've been scounting this one ship. Didn't come in their cannons aiming though, we were only two and we do know when we do have a victory chance. While going back to the Asteroid field a freelancer, a gallic one came after us. By all means, keep an eye on Gilbert Bourgeaud, he was clearly helping the navy. He could not reach us though.
We went directly to Macon, some Gallic civilian - or so he said - lost himself in the fields. I should tell that he appeared as hostile on our scanners. Still we had good chat with him, he was not really one of those Crown fanatics. I can't remember his name right now. Maybe Du Lac did a record of our little chat. Can't tell for sure though.
And that's about all with that patrol, we docked with Macon and as far as I'm concerned I took a little rest.
Now about patrol 6E336GT7.
I should tell there wasn't much going on, I came to planet Marne to see some of us speaking with some Sirian, can't tell exactly what happened at first as I came late but I took some pictures (1, 2, 3), as you can see one of them tried to steal our technology, we did what was to be done, that is force him to hand back the stolen weaponry. They did go out peacefully and we did not hear much about them after that. That's about all with patrol.
And eventually, here comes patrol 6E336GT8
Now there was a lot going on tonight.
First I came out of La Marne to see The Triumphe right in front of me, There seemed to be a valor harassing the La Marne vicinity, which comes back a lot. Colonel Du Lac told me he was coming a lot recently and that he was the only one to meet him. Well now we're two right ? Don't know if the Colonel took some picture of this one.
And then well, I docked back, came on board of a CSV and we first went to initiate my transmission coding, which is now done. Once this was done, I bought a Basilisk and all the needed weaponry with the Council's help, given with the authority of the Colonel du Lac.
Once this was done, we had a little training, I should say that he went inside his bomber. To train me that is. First time I was using a bomber. I thought I had shot two of them with the SNAC but the Colonel told it was three of them. Can't tell for sure. Our contacts were telling us that there was a lot of activity going in the Languedoc system. We were nearly caught when going to the Dauphine jump hole, and everything went well. Once in Dauphine we were caught between two navy patrols, hopefully those were just rookies. And we also had the help of one of our Maquis friend, Rosette Sardou, her help was most welcomed. We were even helped by a Sirian. I took pictures of her ship (1, 2, 3, 4), take in account that she uses order technology but is not part of the order, not anymore.
We went to Languedoc as fast as possible and then directly to Quillian. That's were there was a lot of people, a real lot of them, a full wing of Order like people with a Zoner Cruiser as their leader. And some Gallic Brigand.
We had a long chat, a very long and tense one. They somehow had an agreement with the Brigand, although I think the Brigand only feared them, which is why they helped them, out of fear that is. Here I have a lot of pictures including the chat and some of their technology. I will study them further and put them in order. It's somehow very messy around here right now.

[color=#FFFFFF][size=small]11:30, while patrolling asteroid field, surrounding Macon, I alocated 1 Royal Navy heavy fighter piloted by Victor Depardieu. I moved to intercept him, although he was already in fight with Delta-14 patrol, so I decided to stay out of fight.
Royalist moved towards Dijon, luring our forces to immobile defences of stations. Luckily Delta-14 commander Henri LeBlanc reacted accorngily, leaving area and pulling back to asteroid field. I didn't depart with them, taking chance to spread propaganda instead, as plenty of civilian traffic was surrounding Dijon. Mainly the only person who entered diaolgue was Victor Depardieu himself, showing little to no knowledge on social activities restrictions in Gallia, thanks to popularized media. After quite long and stressfull conversation I had to leave area, although monseiur Depardieu has shown little interest in our propaganda, according to our dialogue. Furthermore, he decided not to resort to brutal force unlike majority of Royalists do, instead politely asking me to leave area, reasonably argumenting this by possible arrival of superiors in the future.
I departed back to Macon at presumably 12:10, as my ship got oil leak, so I couldn't resume patrol efficiently enough. Aspirant Reims, out.

Salut mes ami's! I trust you are all well and in good spirits, or at least drinking good spirits! The High Command has decided that in order to better prepare our fleet and crews extra combat training is to be offered to any pilot who requests it - various ships will be prepared for our bombers and fighter wings to engage.
Secondly, with the imminent threat of invasion it is more important than ever to remain organised, by which I mean we require all Council vessels, especially the capital ships, to be properly identified. We have set aside funds to make sure that such vessel are named using the 'CLN-Ship Name' form for ease of identification. Remember, these are our brothers and sisters, make sure they are not forgotten! Point them in the direction of this message too - it will be important for them know.
Finally on the issue of capital vessels, I feel it important to reiterate the following:
Do NOT attempt to patrol the trade lane sections of Burgundy and Dauphine without proper escorts.
Do NOT engage enemy forces near civilian shipping routes and especially not near Planet Nevers.
If you are trapped and forced to fight the enemy in one of these scenarios do NOT whine about it. Your ship and crew is YOUR responsibility, I do not want to hear complaints of ambush! Burgundy in particular has several bases of high strategic value, the GRN will use any and all forces to drive our ships away. You have been warned.
For Gallia!
Regards, Alexander du Lac, General of the Council Liberation Navy

Bonsoir pilots and captain, the High Command has now finished it's first review of the new Capital Ship policy, we believe it will help to maximise our current efficiency. The following is the basic 'pledge' that we will be issuing to new Council pilots who are using capital vessels.
You may as well be made aware of it now, as the core principles are exactly what we expect of even our more experienced captains.
1. Cruisers and Battle Ships are NOT to be sent on un-escorted patrols of Burgundy or Dauphine.
2. These vessels are valuable, do NOT loose them to the enemy in foolish displays of pride.
3. Do NOT take ships of these class into the near orbit of any civilian base - especially Nevers.
4. Such vessels commanders are given the honorary rank of Captain - do NOT assume you have total command - do your duty and follow orders.
5. Follow the Councils code and laws when in command of these ships. Failure to do so will result in excessive punishment at the hands of Colonel Blanchard.
6. Do NOT complain if you are brought down by the enemy, it makes you look weak. And Foreign.
7. Under NO circumstances are you to 'Planet-Dive' or Sun-Dive' to avoid destruction - it is a filthy foreign habit!
8. These ships are NOT glorified tour buses, they are to remain in Gallia proper at ALL times.
9. We might be at war, but these vessels will continue to uphold the Councils values - NO dirty foreign tactics, such as 'le Gank'!
10. Failure to comply with these rules will result in your dismissal from the Council Fleet.
For Gallia!
Regards, Alexander du Lac, General of the Council Liberation Navy

[font=Century Gothic]Bonjour, mes amees.
The shoulder is fine now. Medics took out the stitches just a few days back, so I'm back on full duty. I'm trying a new gun setup lately. So far it worked, but I haven't met any elite royal pilots to compare to previous performance. Time will show.
I was on a patrol today. Macon notified me of a ship tagged '[color=white]saykio' in Burgundy. I used Macon's Relay to communicate with the ship. Log is as follows (includes messages from a Perilous tagged '[color=orange]Rose_Red':

[font=Century Gothic][color=#FFCC99]Bonjour, mes amees.
So. Today was quite interesting. Among other things, I found out that the new GRN boys like torpedoes, some folks started to form a light fighter wing - means work for our gunboat pilots - and that there is a new interesting trend arising among the ranks of the Royals. I would name it - Cripple the Pink with Friendly Fire!. What is interesting, is that it's not only among the new faces but also at people that were in our databases for quite some time. Details below:
I undocked from Macon and proceeded to my usual patrol route. Near Orville, I spotted a contact - a certain 154th group or wing or whatever they call themselves.
note to bomber pilots: remember the name, all pilots seem to be in Caracals. Exercise caution when approached.
We started fighting and soon my original combatant had a wing-man to assists him. Luckily enough, Sergent Devere was close and cruised to help me. Soon enough 3 GRN| ships approached us.
Well what did we expect ad Dijon? Doesn't matter now, since one of the 154th died to our fire and this is interesting, the other 154th and one of the GRN| ships died to friendly fire.
By that time, however, I seem to caught too many torpedoes on my hull and lost most of my guns except my tachyon forward weapon. We decided to return to Macon after the third royal died.

[font=Century Gothic][color=#FFCC99]Bonjour, mes amees.
We had visitors. The kind I don't find very welcome.
The Coalition was here. They stated they are here for an estimation of the Royalist threat. From what I saw, they were doing overall recon.
If anything else, they were cooperative and not aggressive. We recognized them instantly. Interestingly enough, their fighter ship design didn't change much since Sol times. The IFF frequency is known from our previous encounter with the gunboat class vessel we met earlier in the Taus - the Social Credit. I advise pilots to upload it to their ships from Chalons. I don't think this is the last of the Coalition forces in Gallia, so exercise caution.
I managed to get some data on their ships and armament. Uploading now.
We (myself and Caporal Nanette) met them in Burgundy. Macon's sensor array is working flawlessly. They wanted to hide one of the three ships present in the system from us, but the base crew notified us of a third vessel. We rejoined and after a brief conversation about Royal forces and their military capability, we escorted them through Champagne to Lorraine and to the Outcast worlds.
After some hard days in the hospital I was finally able to get back to patrol. My patrol started in Champagne. Shortly after I started my patrol I've received an invitation from General Du Lac and I moved my ship to his location in Lorraine. When I arrived at their position I once had a wonderful view on the most wonderful ships in the Council!
We started a thoughtful bombardment of Chateau Salins Station and we also reduced the amount of escorts in this area. But after more and more enemy reinforcements arrived we decided to fall back to Verdun Base. When we got there we suddenly received informations about hostile vessels in the area around Macon. We, of course, moved to Macon as fast as possible. Once we've reached Macon we immediately started our patrol in the asteroid field. We found the hostile vessels faster than expected and they were in the beginning more than us, so we called for reinforcements. After a long talk the enemy decided to attack us and right at this moment our reinforcements reached our destination and assisted us. More reinforcements were coming during the fight.
The fight went very well for us. After a long fight I've finally managed to destroy two hostile vessels.
The last one left the field and it seemed like he wanted to run. But he wanted a fair fight against our General. The General accepted his offer and the fight began. I decided to stay with the General. All others who were involved in the battle received emergency calls from other Council pilots who were in danger and they immediately left the area to assist them. Unfortunetaly the enemy managed to destroy General Du Lac's ship. First I was shocked that he might be dead but then my scanners picked up the escape pod and I tractored him into my cargo hold. I went as fast as possible to Macon base to save the Generals life.
