I am looking at buying BF2 Complete at Walmart for $30. Anywhere else I can get it cheaply? I want to play it online, so don't point me to TPB.

Once I get it, should I play Vanilla, or are there any juicy mods out there?

I havn't played much of 2 in multiplayer. Mostly SP. But ive played alot of 2142 mulitplayer and enjoyed every hour of it. I imagine 2 is very similar.

I play BF2. I'm gonna try that PR mod too, it looks awesome.

Anyway, you can get the Armoured Fury and Euro Force booster packs for free with the 1.5 patch. But you don't get the Special Forces pack like I think you would if you buy BF2:Complete. Something to think about there...

The AIX mod is the best modification for SP hands down, in my opinion of course.

Regular online play? Hackers galore. I got frustrated as hell trying to play the damn game, and it is imposable to get to a 4 star general status because tards with rank cheats can make millions of points in seconds and become player of the month in a matter of 30 minutes on a new account!

If you get on a good community server that is fairly local where you know almost everyone, it is an ok game.

Haven't download the new patch, so don't know how many bugs have been fixed.

I hang around the Demo since I am poor as hell. Quite fun if you got buddies to play with, open up a skype call, roll around and snipe snipers.

PR enhances that experience threefold.

Steam had a sale for the BF 2 Complete package for 7 bucks, it was only one day though, I bought it since it was a perfect opportunity, now im gonna try out PR
