In 818, Gallic forces invaded Sirius. They struck the Taus and brought even the mighty Kusarians to their defeat. Bretonia is now helplessly watching at the gigantic Gallic fleets slowly penetrating into our territory. Enough of desperation! Something has to be done! And something has been done - we have founded the 13th Northern Fleet.
We hope that is enough, but our hope started leaving us. Our modest, yet powerful fleet, has the task of guarding Bretonian northern borders. The 13th Northern Fleet's headquarters is on planet Harris, Tau-31. From there we get orders, repairs and accommodation. Our job is also to intercept Gallic warships trying to reach Bretonian borders before they do it. The 13th's missions sometimes happen in the deep and dangerous Taus. Our admiral, Sir Francis Drake, the captain of HMS Argosax, has discovered some weaknesses of the Gallic warships on one of those missions. After that discovery, we became much more effective.
In order to improve our efficiency even more, we need more pilots and more ship. Every "independent" BAF pilot can join, no mather the skill or the ship. The skill can be taught and the ship can be bought. Therefore, join us, brave Bretonians! Hulls shall be torn, guns shall be burnt and one of us, Gallia or Bretonia, will have to fall! Join us on our path to a heroic victory, or a noble death! Fight for the Queen! Fight for the people! Fight for our home! Fight for Bretonia!

The ship was given to me with my retirement as a keepsake but I have kept it completely operational.
Greetings, Mr. Arthur Hastings.
Thank you for replying, Mr. Arthur Hastings. Did You say You're retired? Now, consider Yourself hired! A fighter would be a nice escort for our mighty capital ships, always and everywhere.

With a great grief and sadness I must announce that sub-lieutenant Arthur Hastings resigned. He has an old and worn hart, which prevented him from doing risky and stressful jobs, such as ours. He's in a spa now. I hope he will rest there well.
However, it's not all that bad. With a great joy and happiness I announce that we've got a new recruit, hopefully a fine replacement for Mr. Hastings.
The captain of the destroyer named HMS-Tyler joined us. Pilot, please complete the required form in order to be officially recruited and to get a rank.
We wish you luck.
Yours sincerely, commodore Charles Richard Hall. <div align="right]Hall out.
